While beginning skiers may want to take advantage of the “Free Ride” shuttle stop just steps from the house, accomplished skiers will appreciate the ski-in/ski-out location and quick access to the mountain. This home will allow your entire group to come and go as they please while allowing them to spend time together in pure comfort and style.

You will be stunned when you enter the beautiful open great room with vaulted ceilings, custom wood beams, and floor to ceiling windows which frame expansive views of the Ten Mile Range. With 5 bedrooms and 5.5 baths, this home radiates mountain elegance with wood and stone floors, granite countertops, and high end detailing throughout. Location – This home is located on Peak 10 adjacent to the “Lower Lehman” ski run. Intermediate skiers can ski in via Peak 10 on the “Cimarron and Flapjack ” ski runs and ski out the private lower access trail onto “Lower Lehman” to the Quicksilver or Beaver Run super chair lifts. Just steps from the door is a “Free Ride” shuttle stop. With service running every 20 minutes, the “Free Ride” service will take you to and from the Maggie Pond Plaza, adjacent to the Quicksilver chair lift, or to the Ice Rink where you can connect to the full network of local bus service.

In a word: Gorgeous!

This is one of the finest properties we have ever rented ... and we've rented a lot of fine properties! The house is absolutely gorgeous, and it was immaculate. When you first walk in the front door and down the steps into the wide-open living area, you see just how spacious the house is. The kitchen was to die for and had everything you could possibly need. The four bedrooms (plus bunkroom), all with private baths, were beautiful and the beds really comfortable. The bedrooms are on three different levels (1 on main level, 1 on next level down, and 2 on the next level down along with the bunkroom) so there was plenty of privacy. The deck has one of the best views in Breckenridge. The location is very convenient to town. The walk to town was about 15 minutes down the "Burrow Trail". We also sometimes walked down the road (10 minutes) to catch the free bus into town. (In winter, the bus stops right across the street.) We were here over the Fourth of July and Breckenridge's Parade was a lot of fun. We also enjoyed many fine restaurants - Hearthstone, Twist, and Relish, to name a few, and also took advantage of the local live theater scene. We would not hesitate to come back.
