Will DEFINITELY stay here again!!!
CD's unit (The Quincy) played a pivotal role in making our stay the most amazing vacation ever!!! The Quincy is the quintessential Brooklyn Brownstone basement apartment. Perfect for us as we are older couple and we didn't have to struggle with a lot of stairs and heavy luggage.Very clean, very quiet and beautifully curated. You have to notice the amount of passion that she put into staging the apartment. You would cheat yourself if you did not take time to look at the artwork and the photos. For the first time ever there were enough towels washcloths and hand towels for our entire 8 day stay. She even had basic needs in the cabinets such as sugar, coffee, etc to get us started! The back patio is absolutely amazing; we spent most of our nights just sitting there looking up at the stars, listening to soft music, reading, drawing or having a cold one. However it's a great place to throw a small backyard party with a barbecue grill already there! When we weren't absolutely certain about something, we would send her a text and she would get back with us immediately. Everything, and I do mean everything we needed was walking distance from the unit! The grocery store the laundromat to interesting shops and art galleries, much of the history of the community can be found on murals and plagues throughout the area. We walked around for blocks and everyone we met was kind, they spoke, they held doors and were more than happy to give us information about some of the things that we should see while we were there. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!!! We're now telling all of our friends and family about this place and we're already planning for another visit. Thanks Again!!!
GOOS ALL ROUND
Very clean and well appointed, had everything you require. Neighbourhood is very quiet. !0 minute walk to subway which is very convenient to downtown Manhattan. A number of nights we came home very late and felt very safe walking home.
Beautifully restored/remodeled garden apartment. Furnished with Antiques. Not comfotable
Attractive and very clean well equipped kitchen. Other than the bed there was no comfortable seating. So if you want a pretty place to sleep and have breakfast. It's fine. But if you want a home away, not so much. Owner did answer my texts but no real welcome.
Great time on Quincy in Bed Stuy!
Another great stay on Quincy! Hope to stay again real soon!!!!
Great Place In Brooklyn
This apartment was really nice, well maintained, and cozy. Convenient to good neighborhood restaurants and the subway. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
Great location (half a block from grandchildren), immaculate ground floor apartment. Comfortable bed and excellent water pressure in the shower. No complaints.
If you are looking for a peaceful stay away from the hustle and bustle of NYC this is the place for you! The property is located on a tree lined street of Brownstones. Manhattan can be reached by train (the train is a 10 minute walk from the house) in a little as 15 minutes. Although there is more than enough in Brooklyn NY keep you busy. Prospect park, Brooklyn Academy of Music, Brooklyn Museum. Your surrounded by the historic neighborhoods of Clinton Hill, Fort Green, Williamsburgh, Park Slope and Brooklyn Heights.
