A mountain lifestyle in a urban setting is what it’s all about when you stay at the Residences of Old Town in downtown Steamboat Springs, Colorado! Walk out the front door and you are just steps away from the most delicious restaurants, interesting bars, gourmet coffee shops & luxury shopping that Steamboat Springs has to offer. This spacious 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condo is waiting for you!

If skiing or snowboarding is your activity of choice then you can hop on the free shuttle and take 10 minute ride up to the ski mountain to enjoy some of the world famous “champagne powder” skiing. After a long day on the slopes, you can soak your tired muscles in the hot springs located just blocks away at the Steamboat Springs Recreation Center (which also houses a full gym). Sipping a warm cocoa or cool glass of wine you can witness Olympic skiers practicing jumps right across the street on Howelsen Hill. Howelson Hill offers nighttime illuminated skiing as well as tubing down the mountain. Snowmobiling, sleigh rides and ATV excursions are available locally as well.

Visiting Steamboat in the warmer months?? Our unit is located across the street from the Yampa River where inner tubes are available to rent to float down the river. For those land lovers, rent a bike around the corner and bike along the river or around town. During the summer months take a short 5 minute walk and watch the rodeo, try the Alpine Slide or visit the year round indoor ice across the river. For all those who enjoy a day out nice day golfing, Steaming Springs is known to have some of the best courses in Colorado. The Yampa River is world renowned as the fly fishing capital of Colorado as well. This unit is great because you can enjoy everything Steamboat has to offer whatever the season and never have to drive a vehicle during your vacation. Of course there is parking available at the unit if you choose to have your own car.

Our unit includes a full chef’s kitchen with breakfast bar and dining room table suitable for 6 people. Cozy up in front of the fireplace and watch a movie on our 42 inch HD TV after a busy day around town. The 'cowboy bedroom' has a queen size bed and the 'wildlife bedroom' has a king size bed. Both bedrooms are decorated in true western style and if you have an extra wrangler or 2, a queen size sofa bed is available in the living room for your comfort. The master bathroom is connected inside the 'wildlife bedroom' as well as a bathroom with a bathtub in the hallway outside of the 'cowboy room'. Both bedrooms have 42' flat screen tvs's as well. Ceiling fans in each room will keep you cool during the warmer months. A washer and dryer is located in the unit for your convenience.

This condo is great for those who want to escape the busy city life for a mountain getaway, but still have all of the creature comforts of their own home with tons of things to do just a few steps away. Come visit today!

2. Front Door Lock: Is a code lock that you will acquire when prior to your arrival. Make sure when you leave the apartment you hold the door tight Press another button..then check to see if the door is truly locked by trying to open the door.**** Remember we are downtown…with many transient people around. Always lock the door when you leave the apartment.

3. AIR CONDITIONING Down pillows in the master closet, please return them to the master closet before you leave.

4. Lights over fireplace & painting above the mantle…switch is on right side of mantle

5. Parking for our unit. We are allowed one space. The parking space is # 5. If you arrive and our space is taken, please call the Tow Truck. ( American Towing 970-879-1179) This spot is belongs to Unit A 5 only. Other cars need to find parking off the street. Many areas have meters.

6. Our cable company is Comcast. If you have a problem with the cable please call 1.800.COMCAST.

8. In regards to bathroom towels:

In the master bathroom the top three shelves have tan and

Green towels. These are to remain in the unit at all times.

The bottom shelf has towels for the river or the hot springs.

9. If you leave the condo or are going to sleep please make sure that all candles have been blown out.

10. Please, do not open the windows where the air conditioning vents are located. These windows have been screwed shut so that the apartment has complete security.

Please use the air conditioning whenever you wish. However, when you check out please turn the units on off.

11. If there is a TRUE maintenance emergency please call Steamboat Management Company at 970.819.2725. Thank you.

1. Bus stop which takes you up to Mount Warner skiing or up to the Steamboat Recreation Center Hot Springs/Gym. Go out the front door, turn right, go down steps and go right to 8th Ave.

2. Breakfast

A. Shacks, 740 Lincoln Ave, (970) 879-9975 has great breakfasts, wonderful hash brown potatoes etc. Sometimes a wait.

B. Creek side Inn.. 131 11th, 970-879-4925 has every kind of eggs Benedict imaginable.....walking distance..go west on Lincoln to 11 Ave. Cross Lincoln. Creek side is on 11th Ave just north of Lincoln on the left side of the street. Always a wait.

C. Winona’s 617 Lincoln Ave, (970) 879-2483 has to die for homemade cinnamon rolls, delicious baked goods and wonderful breakfasts. Always a wait.

3. Lunch & Dinner within walking distance

A. Carls Tavern…700 Yampa, 970-761-2060 down the street. Walk out of the apt. go left. Carls is on the corner on the left.

B. Z’s..barbecue…1124 Yampa 970-879-0849 right on Yampa…down the street the corner of 11 St. Close to Little Tots Park.

Log cabin feel..great well as bar..Cash only. Kind of old time Colorado.

C. The Old Town Pub.. 600 Lincoln 970-879-2101. old western building located on Lincoln…3 blocks away..great burgers andsalads.

D. The Cantina…818 Lincoln..070-879-0826 Mexican..summertime is roof top time..winter indoors. Great Mexican.

Limit 2 Margaritas…so strong…
