Originally designed by renowned architect Charles E. Dubois in 1969, Casa Norte underwent a top to bottom renovation in late 2012. It has become a re-envisioned 70’s modern oasis, boasting clean lines, luxurious furnishings and all of the high end amenities a worldly traveler would expect.

The Living Area’s 360 degree clerestory windows provide glorious natural light and gorgeous views of Mt. San Jacinto. The custom furnishings create a fantastic conversation setting, and the centerpiece bar adds flare reminiscent of the Palm Springs hey day.

The Modern Kitchen is appointed with state-of-the-art stainless appliances and fully equipped for the cooking and entertaining enthusiast.

The Media Room is the perfect place to enjoy a film, as it is equipped with a 60” Smart 3D/HD television (internet ready) and Blu-Ray DVD player. The closet has been transformed into a stow-away office complete with desk and printer/copier/fax machine and internet hook-up as well as WiFi.

The large Bedrooms are adorned with King and Queen size beds, luxury linens and large walk-in closets. Each room has a 42” Smart HD television and Blu-Ray/DVD player.

The spa-like Bathrooms each have walk-in Rain Showers, with a soaking tub in the Master Bath as well.

The Laundry Room in the home is equipped with brand new, front-load washer and dryer, complete with 2 folding counters.

There are 15 swimming pools on the grounds, each with spectacular views of the mountains. The closest is just 150 feet from the patio!

Other amenities include a newly renovated Gymnasium, complete with free weights and state-of-the-art exercise machines and equipment. A Yoga Studio and classes, Executive Golf Course, and 2 newly renovated Tennis Courts.

We found the home that fit the bill well beyond our expectations, then re-imagined its splendor as a 1970's modern gem by finding inspiration in the probability of what the architects and designers of their day would choose for the home in our day.

Exceptional, Comfortable Home for Design Lovers!

We were so lucky to have stumbled on this gem! It has been completely remodeled and we thoroughly enjoyed and delighted in the design, details and floor plan of this home! Everything is brand spanking new and high end. Besides evening walks around the beautiful neighborhood and using the nearby club pool (we were along most of the time) it's very close to a grocery store and restaurants. I can't imagine staying anywhere else when we return to Palm Springs next year. Thanks for a great stay; We hated to leave!
