Experience Old Florida charm with this very nice 3/2 home with a completely private pool. This vacation home is situated on a quiet corner lot, has vaulted ceilings, screened in porch, fire pit gas grill, all floors are either tile or wood, large garage, walk in laundry room.

Can't beat the location as we are close to mall, multiple beaches, Jensen beach, Stuart, the Mets spring training complex is right up the road and much more.

We are in the process of providing a large upgrade and make over to this property as we have a new management team that is taking over every detail of this up and coming vacation rental home.

Relaxing!

Clean and spacious in a quiet neighborhood. Close to nice beaches. We even had a peacock visit us twice!

Could be a nice house

The house is functional. The decor is non existent. There are no games (we are leaving cards!).

It's in a good area - about 12 minutes from the beach.

Great! Exactly what we were looking for for our 4 dogs, mom needing handicapp accessibility.

The property itself was great; downside small L shaped driveway with the owners trailer in it making getting in/out of the 1-car garage tricky. The bed in the master bed room was on an old spring mattress that creaked loudly every time my husband or I turned over. Plenty of room huge walk-in closet. The springs were covered by extra padding placed in the middle of the mattress (a foam pad) but it did not help much leaving both of my hips painful and me tired d/t tossing and turning. In the room with the double bed it was the same way. Prior to our arrival I had requested from Brad an early arrival, and late departure d/t flight times for my mom and her caregiver, and my husband and I driving with 4 dogs. He had agreed to both with no extra fees. Our last day at the property the house keeper Corella Deville (the house keeper) stalked us saying, "most people leave around 11:30" my husband notified her of our late departure which was not relayed to her by Brad. As we were packing up the cars she arrived and stalked us until we left. She had a nasty, rude attitude by saying, "I clean to floors, I do the linen, I clean the bathrooms". I had informed her we had cleaned up everything as we typically do when we stay at a property it's just how we operate; leave it as you found it. Then the house keeper wanted cash for the pets I informed her Brad had said there was no extra fee for the pets then she just stood and stared at me. I went in the house and called Brad to remind him of what he agreed to got his voicemail came back out into the driveway and noticed Corella was on her phone. She handed me her cell phone Brad on the other end he all of a sudden came up with these fees that were not agreed to upon time of reservation. He was very crude, rude, nasty and hung up on me. Customer service needs A LOT OF WORK! Property was clean and maintained, beaches with 10-15 minute drive. For future handicap accessible requests the master bedroom has a elongated toilet bowl, the main bathroom has a LOW standard bowl grab bars do not work in the shower d/t having a textured shower stone wall (both showers).

Overall the trip was good the house needs updating and new mattresses'.

Owner's Response: Hello, The cleaning woman has since been terminated, you are not the first to complanin about her, that has been remedied along with brand new couches. As for me being rude, you wanted to ad a extra night which i said to leave the money on the table. You said you got in at 1 in the morning and didint use a extra night. I am notgoing tonargue that with you.
