New high-speed WiFi service in Guest House. Now the Guest House has its own dedicated high-speed (100 mps) WiFi service for improved connectivity.
For your comfort: entire house is supplied by Culligan softened water.
The large Living room has a relaxing view of rear courtyard, pool, waterfalls and Italianate columned pergola and is discretely situated from neighbors. Living room has a 55' hd tv, with preferred tv (200 channels) Wifi and sound system music throughout the house with individual room speaker control. Just plug in your iPhone into the house receiver. All rooms have speakers, including bathrooms.
Down the hall you find the two Master Suites both with showers.
The larger master BR has a shower and separate Spa waterjet tub, spa tub is heated with hydrotherapy mood lighting for the ultimate time to relax and wind down.Each suite in the Guest House & Casita has a queen bed , and walk in California closets .
There is also a half bath off the great room for your guests.
The large master bedroom also has great views of the pool and spa as does the Great room. Mountain views visible from front French-doors/patio.
The large master bedroom has a TV with full programming.
Guest house has its own laundry room with large front loading washer/dryer.
The home has Ceramic tile floors throughout and Ceiling Fans in every room help create the perfect environment for your Desert experience.

Upon Instant Booking, a copy of drivers license must be submitted . Failure to meet min age requirement of 50+ will result in auto-cancellation of booking. The signor of the short-term rental agreement must also be resident at the property for the duration of the stay dates booked.
NO 10% City vacation rental tax on stays of 29 days or longer
If attached Casita needed for 3rd BR, please add $90 per casita stay for casita cleaning fee.

Rates based on 2 bedroom guest house and limited to maximum overnight occupancy of 4 persons that renter lists prior to booking. Any subsequent guests will be charged an additional daily rate per night.
In order to comply with the City of Rancho Mirage vacation rental policy, all guests must review & agree to the short-term rental agreement which details the City of Rancho Mirage minimum age requirement & "Good Neighbor" policy that applies to all permitted vacation rental properties. Desert Sun Estate Guest House & Casita is permit# 1394.
In lieu of charging a damage deposit, we require all guests to purchase a damage protection insurance policy through VRBO. The damage protection policy has a zero deductible and covers up to $3000. of damage. Any damages over $3000 are responsibility of renter. If damage occurs, renter agrees to have insurance provider to pay property owner directly for any damage incurred during stay. While damage to property rarely occurs, all renters must agree to purchase the damage protection policy through VRBO.
Desert Sun Estate has a non-rotational, non-sublet policy. The rotation of overnight guests or the addition of overnight guests not identified to owner prior to signing/agreeing to this short term rental agreement is prohibited. Any subsequent guests will be charged an additional daily rate.
