Vacasa - Vacation Rentals Made Easy:
Professionally managed and cleaned homes
Local assistance 24/7 for emergencies
Secure INSTANT booking
Thanks for considering a Vacasa home! We provide full-service management for privately owned vacation homes, and like to think that we offer our guests the best of both worlds: the unique experience of staying in a one-of-a-kind vacation home, with the peace of mind that comes from knowing that the home you book for your special vacation is cared for by professional housekeepers and property managers.
Vacasa began in 2009, simply because our founder and CEO Eric wanted to find a better way to share his wife’s family’s summer home in Long Beach, Washington with guests as a vacation rental. Eric and his early team worked to build Vacasa on the premise that local employees can do what they love most (taking care of guests, homeowners, and properties), while the hands-off tasks of vacation rental management—things like marketing, filing taxes, and maintaining a website—could be handled by a specialized central support team.
Our passion is connecting travelers with the unique experience of staying in a vacation home, and we would be honored to be your host. Please contact us with any questions about this home—our team is standing by!
Wonderful accommodations, beautiful setting, so much to do, loved watching the deer in the meadow, friendliest people on this island!
Everything was wonderful, as we drove up to the house three deer were standing in the garden with views of the water behind. House is really pretty and very comfortable, our two sons loved the loft area and the vhs player and videos were thoroughly enjoyed. We will be back.
The view, deer and privacy were amazing and the location near the state park was perfect
This is a nice, quiet place in a good location on a great island. We were very comfortable there. Best, I think, for folks who want to sit quietly and read, contemplate a view, or watch birds and other wildlife.
In cold weather, be sure you can deal with having a wood stove as your primary source of heat. It worked for us, but you have to be willing to light and stoke fires.
The house itself is very comfortable and the kitchen and bedrooms are reasonably well kept and well appointed.
The Lopez Island location and the view from the Cabing on Spencer Spit were very nice. The deck and the front yard lead down to a water view and the location is quiet and peaceful. But the house, particularly the bathrooms, needs serious remodeling and updating. The second floor tub was clogged and GFI outlet dead; WiFi was mostly unavailable and the gas grill was virtually empty. We could not reach Vacasa as their lines were constantly busy and messages were left unanswered for hours. The house was the issue, not the location or the island, both of which we enjoyed.
