Charming, fully remodeled, two-bedroom condo on the golf course with all the amenities!
This condo has two bedrooms and two full baths, with an open kitchen, dining room, and living area. There is a wood-burning stove, but bring your own wood for those chilly fall and winter evenings. There is a TV in the living room with 150 cataloged DVDs for fun movie nights.
The master bedroom has a queen bed, and the guest bedroom has a double bed and a brand new wood bunk bed that is even built for adults! (No kids under six on the top bunk, please). There is a TV and DVD player in both bedrooms.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all new appliances, and there are new beds, mattresses, carpet, and tile throughout. You will love the over-sized laundry room just off the garage with a washer/dryer. The back deck has a filtered view of the golf course and is serene and peaceful, with possible sightings of deer and fox wandering through the woods.
The home has a one-car garage and ample parking in the lot in front. There is a phone that allows for unlimited domestic calls, and WiFi.
Guests will have access to the indoor pool and clubhouse, racquetball, gym, sauna and hot tub, plus three outdoor pools and two tennis courts for summer use! Aspen Market is at the front of the complex for sundries and food items.
The golf course clubhouse is within a block, as is Ponderosa State Park. Town is just a mile down the road!

Condo was clean, comfortable and great condition. Had plenty of pots and pans towels and games. The gym/club is awesome. Good instructions through out home.
This condo was conveniently located to everything. It was nice that it had a garage and was a short drive to the main street to eat, shop or just take a walk. Our only complaint was you could hear everything from the neighbors upstairs.
Everything was very clean and welcoming. We really enjoyed our stay! Everything was as it was described. It would have been nice to have some firewood provided.
Stayed 3 nights during ski season. Would would have stayed longer if I had known I would enjoy my stay this much. Garage opens to laundry and kitchen so don't need to go outside in the snow and cold to unload your car, winter or summer. Kitchen is complete, beds and furniture comfortable. And across the street it the pool, hot tub and a fitness center. Almost every machine and device that the big city fitness clubs have. Golf course behind so it's quiet. Will stay here again if available!!!
We loved staying at this condo. I was so impressed with how clean it was, and also so convient as far as location goes. We loved going snowshoeing at Ponderosa Park, and taking in the sights of Mccall. I will for sure stay here again.
