Situated just 20 miles from gorgeous downtown Bend, this Sunriver Resort home is in the heart to it all: minutes away from the Sunriver marketplace as well as the Woodlands Golf Course.
The single level rental home boasts a wooden interior. Wood walls compliment the gray carpet enveloping the living room floor. A floral sofa set - complete with sofa bed - offers plenty of spots to unwind and a gas fireplace and vintage toboggan catch the eye. Watch a DVD on the flatscreen TV.
The dining room features a six-seat dining table and a sliding glass door to the outdoor deck. Entertain your friends with an al fresco dinner from the gas grill - there's plenty of patio furniture - and don't forget to soak your tired muscles in the hot tub.
The kitchen boasts an electric range, black fridge, pendant lighting, and copious amounts of counter space at which to prepare a pleasing repast.
Down the hall you'll find two bedrooms. A wooden king bed dominates the master, which also features a full en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom features a twin bunk bed as well a queen bed, making it perfect for a young family or a group of children. Another full bath is just around the corner.
Guests get six passes to SHARC, and you'll also have access to all of Sunriver Resort, which boasts a swimming pools, tennis courts, trails, stables, and more. Three adult bikes are also available for guests' use, as are a washer and dryer. WiFi is also free. One dog is welcome with a $10 nightly pet fee, with a $40 minimum required.
Although this home is situated in a wooded area, it's adjacent to train tracks. The trains run three to four times during the day and night - a charming detail.

Little getaway for our family to celebrate the new year. Plenty of snow to have fun in, the Sharc's right down the road for tubing and swimming at the rec center and a comfortable house and all the amenities we needed for an enjoyable stay.
The cottage was very welcoming, warm and inviting. The family room was very cozy! The hot tub was functional. The kitchen had all the necessary utensils. However, the beds were very uncomfortable. The kind sized bed in the master bedroom was way too bouncy and was challenging for two people to sleep on it at the same time. The queen sized bed was lumpy and the memory foam was different levels on the left and right sides. There was also a lack of soap and shampoo.
It was a wonderful weekend to relax and spend time with the girlfriend. We greatly enjoyed are stay here.
We had a great time and the house was perfect. It took a couple of nights to get used to the train, but after that we didn't mind at all.
This is a comfortable home for a family of four, plus a small dog! Very clean, comfy beds, well appointed kitchen. Hot tub was also very clean, perfect temp! Deck had a nice patio set and BBQ. If you don't mind the trains, this is a very nice rental!
We stayed here with our five year old twins, great rental for families. Close to SHARC, bikes for adults so just need to bring bring kids bikes, property kid friendly, hot tub is great, outdoor eating and barbecue provided. Close to grocery. Property easy to maintain with children.
