I have been vacationing in Palm Springs since 1995 and have totally fallen in love with the vibe and beauty of this desert oasis. I was SO fortunate to find this incredible home last fall and have taken much time to create a truly fun and festive environment for my guests. The stunning grounds and the unique original 21 foot diameter round pool make the atmosphere vintage and hip while comfortable with all of the conveniences you'll need to experience a terrific Palm Springs Holiday!

The original Alexander Construction Company 1958 gem maintains its classic feel while updated to include all of the amenities you would expect for a Palm Springs getaway. The open floor plan and bright and sunny environment creates a truly fun and upbeat space for entertaining or unwinding after a fun day of sun, hiking or golf. The Central location is great for easy access to shopping night life and everything you could possibly want to make your stay memorable.
You and your guests will enjoy flat screen televisions (including DVD player) in every bedroom, wireless internet and access to printer, telephone and an inside washer dryer. We've worked to provide everything you'll need and we're sure you will LOVE this home as much as we do and we hope you'll make Palm Springs Holiday your stop over and over again in the years to come!
Big garden/pool area with lots of privacy. Will definitely stay here again.
There is so much to recommend: the fantastic yard (private, spacious, beautiful, nice view); the round pool (no laps and no hot tub, but very cool and bigger than it looks in the photos); size and layout of the house (feels "just right"--the bathrooms are admittedly a little small but this wasn't an issue for us); location (close to everything; the airport noise didn't bother us at all--noticed the traffic from Farrell more readily). The house was very clean, nicely decorated, and well-equipped. The owner and property manager were both accessible and very helpful. We would heartily recommend this rental!
We stayed for 10 days and absolutely hated to leave. Felt like we were in our own home. The house is very well equipped and is light, bright and very clean. The outside space is lovely. Everything looks authentically mid-century Modern but has obviously been lovingly renovated and restored. The neighborhood is quiet and pleasant and despite being so handy to the airport you seldom hear the planes. We're heading back in couple of months!
We had a great time at this amazing property. The house and the yard provided the perfect getaway for our family. All rooms are bright, roomy and well appointed. The yard is one of the largest and well landscaped I've seen with great mountain views. We spent every day in the pool and every night around the fire pit and bbq grill. The location is perfect just a short drive from downtown, and super close to the airport. I would recommend this property to anyone and would definitely stay there again.
The home was lovely and comfortable and just as described on-line. Backyard beautiful and private, little to no airport noise. Great launching spot for venturing out into Palm Springs area!
We couldn't be more pleased with this property. The house well appointed, comfortable, and beautifully decorated but the best part was the back yard. It's big, thoughtfully designed, and our kids loved the pool. It's the perfect house for a family getaway.
Centrally located within minutes of all Palm Springs amenities. Grocery store and shopping less than 5 minutes away. Airport less than one mile. Downtown shops, restaurants and attractions are less than a 5 minute drive from home. Golf clubs, hiking and seasonal activities are all just minutes away. Casinos and entertainment abound.

Owner reserves the right to amend rates based on occupancy count and prime rental periods. Stays longer than one week will be proposed manually by owner based on the details and needs of your party. Pool heat is $25 per day or $125 per week. It is necessary from October through April due to cool nights but proposed as a separate option, tax free.
