About the property

Very Large 2 Bedroom, 2 1/2 Bathroom Ski in Ski out Top unit Penthouse.

This is an ultra-luxury, extra large TOP FLOOR PENTHOUSE with excellent views of the pool and mountains from the windows and the covered deck. Both bedrooms are masters with their own bathroom and each has a king-sized bed. Its an end-unit that stands on its own with no shared walls.

The kitchen and living room are gorgeous and very roomy with a third, guest bathroom. The covered deck is a perfect spot to relax with a hot chocolate or a glass of wine after a long day boarding, skiing or hiking.

The kitchen is great for entertaining with stainless appliances, granite counters and great cabinets. With two king beds and high-end furniture and finishes, this is a great place for two couples, a family with adult kids or a small group of adults. This is a no smoking unit.

Beaver Creek Landing is the nicest, newest property in Beaver Creek. It has its own ski rental shop and lift ticket office. The express-quad chairlift is just outside the door, providing easy access to both Beaver Creek and Bachelor Gulch, as well as the Ritz Carlton. The gondola accesses the Westin, further down the mountain.

Beaver Creek Landing has a year-around, salt water pool, two jacuzzis, nice workout room, beautiful fire-pit with a view of the lift, and a first class lobby with front desk, fireplace, pool table, and games. The ski locker room is as nice as they come.

Though Beaver Creek Landing is nicely secluded, it provides much easier access to town than other Beaver Creek properties. There is no need to get in a car with the gondola accessing the Westin's bars and restaurants, or its short walk to Starbuck's, the Avon Bakery, or a host of restaurants.

We love to ski, hike, raft, and hang out and we searched for a long time to find the right mountain property. We wanted a place that was large and comfortable enough to be able to spend several nights in a row there, or just 'hang out' and do nothing all day. Why Elliette Harrison chose Avon

We fell in love with Beaver Creek after skiing all over the world. It has a beautiful alpine feel, yet is one of the most immaculately run resorts we've been to. Despite the world-class skiing, it feels more quiet and intimate than the bustling of Vail, which is just a short drive away.

The hiking in the summer is incredible. There are hikes to several beautiful lakes and mountains, right from the front door. The views of the summer lightening storms or winter blizzards are great from the deck.

What makes this condo unique

We found Beaver Creek Landing to be nicer and more private than the other Beaver Creek properties, which are all much older. We also loved the quad express lift right from the door and the gondola access to town. It's nice to be able access the much more reasonably-priced restaurants in town without having to get in a car to avoid paying resort prices for a snack or a drink.

Experienced Beaver Creek Traveler

Beautiful home & perfect location.

The home is gorgeous, spacious and perfectly situated in Beaver Creek. It's at the base of the mountain, so if you've ever stayed in Bachelor Gulch or Arrowhead Village, you'll appreciate not having to drive so far every time you leave for dinner or groceries, or just want to hop on the HWY and head to Vail. This location is VERY convenient - especially if you're a starbucks addict or planning a ski trip. The chairlift is right out front. You can start the day without any lines and return for lunch or breaks anytime.

The accommodations are among the very best in Beaver Creek at a very fair rate. I've been visiting BC every winter and summer for 12 years and I've always gone through the same lodging service there. The accommodations are usually nice, but you never know what you're going to get. With this place, you can rest assured you'll love it.

The owners are lovely people who cared deeply about our stay - they want you to enjoy yourself and come back. Great book collection, too. Highly Recommend.

Clean and well equipped.

We would highly recommend this condo. The owners were wonderful to work with and the location is great. Even in the summer without the need for ski in and out (which it is in the winter), the Beaver Creek transportation made it seem like we were as close to all the acrivities we wanted to participate in such as food and hiking and shopping in the village. Loved the decor and would rent here again.

Great location & fab view!

We had a wonderful stay and the unit was TOP NOTCH! Oodles of amenities and everything was in tip-top shape. The unit itself was gorgeous, clean and a delight. The shuttle service was perfect for getting around town and there are tons of shops and restaurants nearby. Our host, Elliette, was super responsive to any questions we had. It was a splendid experience & we'd highly recommend her unit to anyone. We'll be sure to do this again, maybe when it's time to ski!!

Great experience

The condo was as beautiful as the photo's show. All the furnishing and the beds were amazingly comfortable and impeccably clean. The kitchen was stocked with anything you would need to cook a gourmet meal.. I enjoyed sitting on the deck and viewing the mountains.

The owners were especially helpful with recommendations of restaurants and nearby hiking trails. Can't wait to return. This was a gen.

Beautiful condo and even more stunning atmosphere

We had a great time while staying in Beaver Creek. The Condo was perfectly situated from town and the highway and Vail. Upon arrival accessing the garage and unit was easy and painless. We picked the Condo due to the two master suites and it did not disappoint. Very clean, nicely decorated and the beds were very comfortable.

My aunt was very skeptical about staying anywhere other than a Kimpton or Westin hotel. Staying here has changed her mind. My aunt was extremely pleased! In fact she said after seeing the hotels she would not want to stay anywhere else!

I would recommend this Condo to anyone coming to visit Vail/Bever Creek!
