The house is absolutely wonderful! The decor throughout the house was very pretty and welcoming. Everyone said the beds we're very comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed the outdoor space and the pool. Only recommendation is a solar cover or heater so the pool could be enjoyed more. Thank you for the great experience!
Everything from the reservation process to check in/check out has been very easy!

Very nice house in a quiet neighborhood but close to restaurants and stores. Very clean, comfortable beds and nice swimming pool. Exactly what we were looking for!

A place to chill in Southwest FL
Great location and clean, comfortable accommodations. The backyard is peaceful with a channel and tiki hut over the dock. Pool deck is nice too, but we couldn’t swim since the pool isn’t heated. That was a shame. The beds are amazingly comfortable and the kitchen has everything you need (except food, of course). We loved gathering around the high top table in the step down dining room. Big TVs in every bedroom and the living room. Washer, dryer, fishing poles and other extras made our stay easy.
Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review! We are thrilled to hear how much you enjoyed your stay and were able to take advantage of all the property and area has to offer. It was our pleasure to host you and we welcome you back at any time!
Greast place, needs a pool heater
Jack and Diana, you have a gem! My wife Phyl and I have vacationed in the Ft. Myers/Sanibel/Cape Coral area for 40 years and have wintered there for 20, and this is the nicest place among the 9 or 10 in which we have stayed. The finishes, decor, kitchen appliances and utensils, furniture, TVs, and beds are top notch. The setting on the canal is beautiful with the tiki hut conducive to a glass of wine at sunset. The location is convenient to shopping (Beall's!) and restaurants. The Sanibel Island causeway is about 15 miles away as is the bridge to Ft. Myers Beach. The only negative is that the pool is not heated and was too chilly to use during our stay in January 2018. Even Florida's warm winter days aren't enough to offset the long cool nights and keep an unheated pool at a comfortable temperature (75-80 degrees). In fairness the property description doesn't mention a heater. That is the only reason for 4 stars and not 5, but get a pool heater and heck we'd give it 10!
Jerry, thank you so much for your review! We're so glad you were able to take advantage of all the property & area has to offer. We work hard to make sure that all of our properties exceed guest's expectations & are glad you had such a wonderful trip. We hope to have you back again soon!
Beautiful home in Cape Coral Florida
My family and I really enjoyed our stay in Cape Coral. The home was beautiful and spacious for the price. We had enough for 6 people (Mom, Dad, and 4 teens).
The pool was very refreshing after days spent out on the beaches of Sanibel Island, Cayo Costa Island, and Fort Myers.
The neighbors are super friendly and the area is pretty quiet. The Tiki Hut Bar and Grill is is a great place to go for a meal in my music on the weekends. It's within walking distance of the home.
Thank you for staying in our home and we're happy you had such a nice time and enjoyed your stay. It was a pleasure having you and we welcome you back.
Very clean and well decorated. Many good places close by with any type cuisine to choose from Relaxing atmosphere and super pool. Even your mother-in-law would have a great time. Jim & Janine
Jim & Janie, We're thrilled you enjoyed the home and your vacation time! Thank you kindly for your review and we look forward to you staying at our home again in the future.
