The on/site Leisure Centre, includes Heated Indoor Swimming Pool, Sauna, Jacuzzi and Gymnasium. The Apartments are new, 2 Bed & 2 Bath or a 1 Bed &1 Bath all with hydrotherapy baths. The 2 Bed has 2 Balconies the 1 Bed has one. The outdoor swimming pools are private & surrounded by a beautifully landscaped courtyard .
The Apartments have elevator access so it is wheelchair friendly. Your apartment is accessed by a video phone entrance system, for security. The leisure centre is on the ground floor, near the elevators. The apartment is fully furnished, fully Air-conditioned, Electric Window Shutters & fully self-catering. Music sound systems are built in to each room. In the 2 bed apartment, the bathroom is en-suite + hydrotherapy bath. Restaurants,Bars, Supermarkets,Marina, Beaches and Lagos Town are within walking distance, a car is not neded.
A large lidl supermarket also a Pingo-Dolce Supermarket is closeby, if you decide to have Lunch and Breakfast in the Apartment. An Internet Cafe 'Bora' is located in the town Centre just to the right of the Second Square.
It is located to the right of the old Tiled Green Building, down a narrow side Street.
Off Season Internet usage is FREE and unlimited, once you make a purchase in the Cafe..
This apartment is a new fully air conditioned 2 bed and 2 bathroom property. The main bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, Hydrotherapy (Jacuzzi) Bath, Bidet, and wash basin, it is fully tiled from floor to ceiling. The other bathroom is located in the hallway and also has a hydrotherapy bath. The bedroom has a large double bed. All windows are fitted with electrically operated shutters, to keep excess heat and light at bay during the summer. The living room has a large sofa bed which pulls out and can sleep 2 people. All rooms have audio sound systems fitted. The apartment is fitted with satellite TV.The kitchen is full fitted and self-catering. For cleaning purposes the apartment is fitted with a central vacuum system. For security purposes entry to the apartment is allowed only through the video-phone access system.
The apartment is accessed from the lobby by using the elevator, located at the leisure centre. A designated Parking Bay is available in the Basement Car Park.
I live in Cork City,reland. My work background is in Logistics/Transportation. I have been travelling to Portugal on Holidays, for many years from a young age. My decision to purchase in Portugal, was a natural progression. I had no difficulty in choosing the Location. Lagos has it all, History, Culture, Style, Climate and Atmosphere all year round.

Crowning Glory is the on/site Leisure Centre - Indoor Pool, Sauna, Jacuzzi and Gym. These facilities are a big bonus, in the winter/spring, when temperatures are down on the Peak Months.
Apologies for late response - we had a busy weekend when we got back home. We really enjoyed the holiday, Quinta das Palmeiras and apartment exactly as described, just what we needed. The Boys made great use of the Indoor Heated Pool, with twice daily swims. As was our experience of Lagos previously, we found the trip very relaxing and enjoyed great food and wine while there.
This is a fabulous apartment in excellent condition ideally located in central Lagos with only a 5 minute walk to the Marina and 10 minutes to the beach. We are a family of 6 [2 adults & 4 children] the apartment was spacious and catered for all our requirements, having two bathrooms was definitely a bonus. The kitchen was fully equipped with all essentials; the Wi-Fi was excellent and worked perfectly throughout the apartment. The kids really enjoyed the outdoor pool and when the temperatures were high they had the luxury of the indoor pool. We had a choice of two supermarkets literally round the corner from us. Fresco’s Restaurant down stairs was excellent with good quality food served all day.
Dave has been so helpful throughout the whole experience it was a pleasure to deal with him and his team in Lagos. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone thinking of travelling to Lagos you won’t be disappointed.
Beautiful flat in central Lagos, location ideal for town, beach and marina. Well equipped for self catering holiday. Flat was clean and well maintained. Just a little niggle (not to do with flat itself but complex in general) more loungers at pool would have been helpful as at times there was nowhere to sit but guess argument could be with such beautiful beaches close by who needs a pool!
Owner very helpful and recommended a few excellent restaurants nearby. Can't wait to return.
Having arrived at Lagos for a few days, the taxi brought us direct to the door of the apartment. The apartment is in a lovely quiet area and about a 10min walk to the main town where there are many shops and restaurants.
The apartment is spacious, bright and well kept. It has a large sitting/dining room, kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 2 balconies. There are 2 single beds in one room. The second bedroom is very stylish with en suite bathroom. The apartment can easily cater for families, couples or a single traveller.
The kitchen was stocked with all the essentials and shops only a 3 min walk away. There is free to air channels on sky with speakers to listen to the radio in all areas of the apartment.
The complex itself is very clean and modern. There is an outdoor/indoor swimming pool, sauna, hot tub and gym which are free to use. There is a lovely café on the ground floor with free wifi.
The bus station is only a 5 min walk away and there is a good service to many different locations.
I would definitely recommend this apartment and would book it again.
Our months stay in this bright and comfortable apartment was very relaxing. Everything is in the apartment which enabled us to live and cater as we would at home. For most of the month there was just the two of us and that was fine. We were joined by two friends for the last six days and we then found that the seating in the lounge area was a little cramped. The lounge is big and could benefit from another sette or a couple of chairs. The other helpful addition would be a bathroom cabinet in the ensuite bathroom as there was no storage. These comments should be considered as constructive suggestions and not criticism as the apartment was lovely.
We were able to get patchy internet connection in the apartment from the "Fresco" cafe downstairs but to get a proper connection it was necessary to go and sit in the cafe. The complex itself was clean and well managed and the indoor facilities were an added advantage for some of the wetter and cooler days that we experienced in the month. We have been visiting Lagos for over 30 years and this complex we found to be very well located for all the facilities and attractions Lagos has.
The owner Dave was extremely helpful, communicative and efficient from the outset right through to return of deposit and we have no hesitation in recommending this property to anyone looking for a stay of any length in Lagos. I am sure we will be back. Thanks Dave
Apartment - spotless clean, well-equipped, very spacey, bigger than expected. It faces the street, and if you hate any street noise as I do, just roll down window shutters to be safe and comfortable, free WI-Fi in the apartment.
The Holiday Complex is new, clean, well - maintained, leisure centre is perfect.
Location is very convenient –2 min walk to the Bus Station, 5 to the Marina, about 20 Minutes to the Beach, 10 minutes the Town Centre, 5 min to the Butcher Shop, 5 min to the Municipal Market, 2 min to a the nearest supermarket, and 10 minutes Lidl Supermarket, 15 min to the railway station.
The Beach – wide, clean, no shower, toilet are only in restaurants. We enjoyed swimming in June – great waves and pretty warm water even for kids.
Apartment manager met us at the Bus Station, helped with luggage. She is very friendly and replied promptly all our requests.
The owner, Dave, is the best host I have ever met! He replies immediately, even when he was in a hospital. Since we leave out of euro zone, we met a problem on getting back our security deposit, and Dave refund us the deposit transferring it for our next stay in Austria free for us. Dave, thanks a lot for your great service, help and our great vacation. I can strongly recommend Dave’s apartments.
We like kid’s playground at the Marina, The Horses in the Sun farm (take a trip with lunch), and beach restaurant.
We were over calculated in Caravella restraint and the Butcher Shop.
The apartment was very nice, comfortabele and spacious. It was well-maintained and clean. It took approx. 10 min. to walk to the centre of Lagos and approx. 15 min. to the beach. There are two supermarkets nearby (5 min.). Cafe Freso on the ground floor of the building was a nice place for breakfast, lunch or a drink. As 'Dutchies' we had the impression to have been arrived in a Englisch speaking conclave in Portugal, which was no problem, because it made communication easier for us. We can surely recommend this apartment to other people.

INTERNET WIFI access is available in the Complex, in 'FRESCO' Cafe on the Ground Floor. The apartment is located only minutes from the Marina Bridge, which leads to Lagos's main Meia-Praia Beach . A car is not needed, all you will need to see and do is closeby. Airport Transfers from Faro can be Arranged, only €135 return for 4 people. It is a 2 minute walk to Lagos Bus Station and also close to the Train Station. From the Bus Station you may take a Bus to Cape St Vincent, the most westerly point in Europe. Lagos Town is 5 minutes walk, here all the fine Restaurants, Bars, Tourist Craft Shops & Markets are to be found. Prai de Luz Beach & Village is 10 minutes drive. The Spa Town of Monchique & Mountains are nearby, here you can experience the real Portugal. 2 Famous Golf Courses Boavista & Palmares are 5 minutes drive. Zoo Marine and Slide and Splash are 20 minutes drive from lagos. A Day Cruise of the beautiful Algarve Coastline is also possible to arrange at the Marina.

A €250 booking deposit is required to secure the reservation. This may be transferred by Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT). The balance of the rental fee, is due 8 weeks prior to travel. Also due at this stage is the refundable €200 Security deposit, this deposit is refunded in the week of your return home, following a satisfactory exit check of the apartment. Max rental capacity is 6 Persons.
Payments may be made by electronic funds transfer (EFT). A booking deposit is required to secure the reservation. The balance of payment then falls due at 8 weeks prior to travel + the Refundable security deposit, this is refunded in the week of your return home.
