The Apartment has Free WIFI Internet Access. There are 2 Outdoor Swimming Pools, Seated Courtyard, Kids Playground and Gardens.
The on/site Leisure Centre, includes Heated Indoor Swimming Pool, Sauna, Jacuzzi and Gymnasium. The Apartments are new, 2 Bed & 2 Bath or a 1 Bed &1 Bath all with hydrotherapy baths. The 2 Bed has 2 Balconies the 1 Bed has one. The outdoor swimming pools are private & surrounded by a beautifully landscaped courtyard .
The Apartments have elevator access so it is wheelchair friendly. Your apartment is accessed by a video phone entrance system, for security. The leisure centre is on the ground floor, near the elevators. The apartment is fully furnished, fully Air-conditioned, Electric Window Shutters & fully self-catering. Music sound systems are built in to each room. In the 2 bed apartment, the bathroom is en-suite + hydrotherapy bath. Restaurants,Bars, Supermarkets,Marina, Beaches and Lagos Town are within walking distance, a car is not neded.
A large lidl supermarket also a Pingo-Dolce Supermarket is closeby, if you decide to have Lunch and Breakfast in the Apartment. An Internet Cafe 'Bora' is located in the town Centre just to the right of the Second Square.
It is located to the right of the old Tiled Green Building, down a narrow side Street.
Off Season Internet usage is FREE and unlimited, once you make a purchase in the Cafe..
WIFI Internet access is available. This Apartment is a Fully Furnished 1 Bedroom + 1 Bathroom (Hydrotherapy Bath) access from the Ground Floor and Leisure Centre is by Elevator.
The Bathroom has a Toilet, Jacuzzi Bath, Bidet, Wash Basin and Shower/Over. It Has Floor to Ceiling Tiling.
The Apartment has full Air-Conditioning and Video Phone Security System + Integrated Music Sound Systems in all Rooms.
The main Balcony has lovely views of the Marina area and Town.
The Kitchen is fully fitted with fridge/freezer, cooker, microwave, coffee maker
The Living Room has a Sofa Bed which pulls out, and sleeps 2 People.
All rooms in the Apartment are fitted with electrically operated Shutters, to keep the Apartment cool in Summer time. The bedrooms have integrated music sound systems built in, large wardrobes and dressing table.
The living room has a TV with satellite reception.

My decision to purchase in Portugal, was a natural progression. I had no difficulty in choosing the Location. Lagos has it all, History, Culture, Style, Climate and Atmosphere all year round.

Only minutes to Beaches, Restaurants, Markets/Shopping.
3 minutes walk to Marina Bridge. Minutes walk to Bus and Train Stations.
Crowning Glory is the on/site Leisure Centre - Indoor Pool, Sauna, Jacuzzi and Gym. These facilities are a big bonus, in the winter/spring, when temperatures are down on the Peak Months.
Just a note to say that we had a wonderful time at your apartment in Lagos, it was everything we hoped for and more. The apartment was just as you said and the situation in a great, well maintained complex, in a cracking town was the icing on the cake. The apartment was spotlessly clean, luxurious and comfortable. Thank-you for the welcome pack and providing a cot for our 2 year old boy, he really enjoyed the swimming pools and beach and even learned a few words of Portuguese thanks to the friendly locals! The apartment was much bigger than we thought and perhaps the photos do not quite do it justice.
We tried out several of the bars and restaurants you recommended, our favourites being Reis (Old Town) and Algarvia (just down the road). Café Fresco was also really pleasant with great staff and useful for Wi-Fi. We also really liked the friendly café/bar Caso de Pasto Serfafin opposite the bus station - recommended for anyone with car/bus/coach mad toddler! Very very reasonably priced too! Another couple of places we enjoyed were the 2 very local restaurants that are almost next door to each other at the top of the hill when you turn right and then immediately left from the apartment. One is Convento do Frodos. All you can eat sardines a speciality! It was great to be in proper town rather than just a resort.

We were staying a week in this nice apartment. Its in a good condition with all the modern facilities. Location is good. Easy to access shops, restaurants and Lagos wonderful gliff beaches.
Dave the owner gave us a good tips to the city and was helpful all in all.

Our first visit to Lagos, We booked this one bedroom apartment as it already had some great reviews!.
And we can certainly see why!!, located in a very central part with easy access ( by foot!) to supermarkets, Town, beaches & harbour!
Stones throw from bus & train stations, was this beautifully kitted out accommodation.
Had absolutely everything that you could possibly wish for AND MORE!
The booking process was easy and straight forward and the owners David & Mary a delight to deal with, helped with airport transfers ( number of reputable taxi firm) to a list of top restaurants and attractions not to miss!
The wifi is very fast! ( so booking any excursions very easy on line!).
We will be returning to Lagos and won't be looking to stay elsewhere!
Highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking to relaxing next to the outdoor pool or indoor... and being a short distance from all the great sights and amenities that Lagos has to offer!

This is the 2nd time we have stayed in this apartment and it is absolutely perfect in every way, it is immaculate and very modern and well maintained, the location is brilliant and just a short stroll to the centre with bars and restaurants along the way, will definitely stay here again 👍👍
apartment was in immaculate condition upon our arrival and in a prime location within lagos. We really enjoyed our holiday and dave was extremely helpful in all aspects.
We spent just over a week in Quinta das palmeiras, In mid march and were more than impressed.
Photos on home-away did not do it justice. It’s furnished to a very high standard and the facilities are top end. Very spacious and spotlessly clean, a real Boutique type and stylish Apartment. Loved the Hydrotherapy Bath, and the Music System in all rooms, was able to plug my I-Phone into the system and listen to my favorite music.
The Kitchen was well equipped, modern and user friendly,and we cooked in on a few Nights as well as Breakfast & Lunch.
Balcony Views were of Lagos Town and the far-off Hills, Great.
As it was March we did not use the Outdoor Pool, but used the Indoor one and Jacuzzi, both heated.
The Apartment's central location was the main positive, everything is about 10 minutes walk, Restaurants, Bars, Beaches, Supermarkets etc. Lidl and Pingo Supermarkets are ony 5 minutes walk.
Dave was very prompt and helpful during the booking process and provided a mine of local Information, which meant we hit the ground running on arrival and lost little time settling in.
Fresco café on Ground Floor of the Complex was outstanding, Food was of high standard and very well priced.
We found REIS Restaurant and Restaurante D. Fernanda, In the Town Centre to be quite good.
There was also a reasonably priced hair dressers located on the ground floor of the complex, which my Girlfriend used and was very impressed with.
We will definitely be returning, I can highly recommend the Apartment and Quinta das Palmeiras, as a Holiday Location.

The apartment is spacious, clean and modern and has all the little extras you might need. Easy walk into the town with plenty of bars and restaurants on the way if you feel like staying closer to the apartment (though in fact the apartment was so comfortable we even stayed in a couple of nights). We had a car for the duration and found the apartments easy to get to and park. Location also ideal for access to main roads for driving days out (any visitors to Lagos must sample the west coast - Sagres and beyond - fantastic beaches).
The owner of the apartments was very helpful prior to our departure to Portugal. Instructions for finding the apartments and access codes etc. were all very clear.
I will make a return visit.

INTERNET WIFI access is available in the Complex, in 'FRESCO' Cafe on the Ground Floor. The apartment is located only minutes from the Marina Bridge, which leads to Lagos's main Meia-Praia Beach . A car is not needed, all you will need to see and do is closeby. Airport Transfers from Faro can be Arranged, only €135 return for 4 people. It is a 2 minute walk to Lagos Bus Station and also close to the Train Station. From the Bus Station you may take a Bus to Cape St Vincent, the most westerly point in Europe. Lagos Town is 5 minutes walk, here all the fine Restaurants, Bars, Tourist Craft Shops & Markets are to be found. Prai de Luz Beach & Village is 10 minutes drive. The Spa Town of Monchique & Mountains are nearby, here you can experience the real Portugal. 2 Famous Golf Courses Boavista & Palmares are 5 minutes drive. Zoo Marine and Slide and Splash are 20 minutes drive from lagos. A Day Cruise of the beautiful Algarve Coastline is also possible to arrange at the Marina.

The Rates quoted are based on a maximum rental of 4 Persons. A €300 booking deposit is required, to reserve the booking. A €200 Refundable Security Deposit, is due with the balance of payment. Payments may be transferred by E.F.T (Electronic Funds Transfer). The balance of the Rental Fee + €200 is due at 8 weeks prior to travel. The Security Deposit is refunded in the week of your return home.
