Signature Vacation Rentals
We were there for a memorial celebration and the house was a wonderful gathering place. Something for everyone, pool, spa, pool table and even a pinball machine. Clean and comfortable.
We rented the house for 10 weeks while we were in Glendale building a retail store. The house was very roomy and very well stocked. The game room is great. Everyone enjoyed the pinball machine. The Hot tub and pool was very nice. The outdoor gas grill works great. The only negative thing to some might be that three of the beds are memory foam type and that may require getting used to.We've rented houses all over the country through VRBO and this is one of the nicest we've stayed in. Very close to the interstate, shopping, and dining.
We were in the Phoenix area in June of 2015 because my daughter was participating in the national volleyball qualifier. We turned the trip into an extended family vacation and we could not have been happier with this rental. While my wife, son and I stayed in the house for the entire trip, we had my nieces, brother, daughter, and one of my daughter's friends also stay with us at one time or another. Everyone loved it.
First of all, the property is well maintained and clean. There is plenty of sleeping space (as advertised). It is also great that there are three different "open space" areas (living room/library, family room w/entertainment center, upstairs landing/game room). Having room to spread out is a rare treat when traveling with a large group. Also, kids and adults alike really enjoyed the game room.
The kitchen was very nice and well stocked with plates, utensils, and cookware. I cooked about a dozen meals in the house and had no issues.
Finally, the backyard. It was fantastic. While there were times that the pool was actually *too* hot to swim in (during the heat of summer, the water topped out around 100 degrees in the middle of the day), but in the morning and evening someone was always in the pool. It is very fancy, well lit and has wonderful accent lighting and water falls. We only had one question during our whole stay and our question was answered within minutes (property is managed by a service, not a private owner).
Since this is in a suburban community, you really do need a car as there is almost nothing in walking distance but multiple supermarkets are within a 5 minute drive along with plenty of chain and fast food restaurants. We drove to the Phoenix Convention Center almost every day and it was a good 40 minutes most days due to traffic on weekdays but it was never an issue.
