Why Marc chose Punta Cana
Punta Cana private beach is at 10 min walking from the house! You can admire birds just outside the house, like the Hispaniola Woodpecker, the Palmchat, and the famous endemic endangered Ridgway's Hawk which was introduced in Punta Cana to save the species from extinction.
What makes this Villa unique
Discount on entrance ticket to visit the Indigenous Eyes Ecological Reserve, a private protected forest area owned and operated for sustainable tourism by the Puntacana Foundation. Consisting of lowland subtropical forest, the reserve is 1,500 acres of land dedicated to conservation, scientific research, and recreation. It has freshwater lagoons, three of which visitors can swim in. The Punta Can Resort has an organic garden with lots of vegetable and fruits available for the community, sold in the Farmer's market on Saturdays. It also produces its own 100% natural forest honey. The Punta Cana Resort separates and recycle all your domestic garbage at a treatment plant located by the airport. 100% of your wastewater is sent to a treatment plant and treated water is used for maintenance of the golf courses and gardens. The Punta Cana Group has signed a convention with the Ministry of Environment to take charge of the conservation of the coral reef, training local fishermen in coral gardening methodologies with the goal of developing sustainable, community-based eco-tourism businesses while promoting reef conservation.

Our family had a wonderful stay in Punta Cana. The house was beautiful, very comfortable and well appointed. We really appreciated the 2 golf carts as it gave our teenagers some flexibility. Marc and Lina were very welcoming and shared all the many events that were happening during the holidays with us and even made reservations for us. Having Ania cook for us made this a truly relaxing vacation as once we planned the meals, she shopped for us and we just had to sit down at the table! The New Year's Eve party at La Cana was a highlight. Resort amenties are also terrific; great tennis facility, golf and beaches. Scuba and kite surfing instructors were also fantastic. A+
Thanks for your kind comments.
Please come back!

This place was lovely!
Our family of 8 stayed here and had a wonderful time. The home is as beautiful as the pictures. Lina, the lessor was very helpful and attentive. Ania, the cook did an amazing job and really made it a vacation for me, the mom! I would highly recommend staying here. We used the golf carts, the bikes, and the pool. We spent many days at the beach, in the resort exploring other hotels and adventures. It was beautiful, relaxing and a lot of fun. I would return in a heart beat!
Just as beautiful as the pics show!
We just returned from our first-ever trip to Punta Cana and didn't want to leave this lovely place! This privately-owned villa is just as beautiful as the pictures portray. Our family enjoyed the private pool, the space to spread out, and the picturesque setting in which to relax and recharge. The villa is located in the Tortuga Bay section of the Punta Cana Resort. A quiet, beautiful beach is just down the street and through the golf course (a few minutes ride by golf cart). As a guest of the PC Resort, though, you also have access to the pools and beaches of the other resort sections as well (Playa Blanca, La Cana Golf Club, Westin Hotel). Because these are all private beaches, no vendors to disturb you (just cabana boys to bring food and drink). Tip: pack your own beach towels so you can easily find your chairs in the sea of blue towels. Once the Tortuga Bay Hotel section of the resort finishes their renovations (October??), there will also be restaurants and another pool and beach area there to enjoy. In the meantime, there are plenty of restaurants at the resort and you can also take the free shuttle to the "village" by the Sheraton Four Points (also one of their properties) where you can find restaurants, shops and a grocery store. We chose to use the optional golf cart, which allowed us to easily get where needed on the resort property. Scuba diving, snorkeling and kite surfing are located onsite at Playa Blanca. Juan Carlos was a great snorkeling guide for these first-timers. We also loved the buggy adventure through GrayLine; they picked us up right at the resort. The Indigenous Eyes Nature Preserve is also located within the PC Resort. We loved swimming in the natural lagoons! Tip we got from from Marc: go when the sun is overhead as the lagoon water can be chilly. It was really refreshing on a hot, humid day.
Marc (property mgr) was great to work with: quick communication, helped to arrange transportation to/from airport, met us at the villa for check-in, was very helpful with info and tips for our stay and excursions. Ania, the live in housekeeper, is a wonderful cook and took care of cleaning our rooms daily and even did our laundry. It was very hot and humid the week we were there, so the AC was refreshing when needed. And of course the first thing our girls did was connect to the wifi. This lovely home was the perfect setting for our vacation!
Thank you for choosing our villa for your vacation. We love attending guests and make them happy! We hope to have you back soon! This is a perfect place to visit during the winter!
