Description

McMinnville House Rental Photos and Description

House, 3 Bedrooms, 2.5 Bathrooms, minutes from historic downtown McMinnville

1330 Ford is an elegant, single story, 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom home, on a 1/3 of an acre. The house is located blocks from the Historic downtown area of McMinnville.

Karen and I have tried to create a relaxed environment, a comfortable vacation home to accommodate families, the outdoor enthusiast, as well as small groups looking to get away and indulge in Oregon's wine, beer and farmer-foodie culture. 1330 Ford is just minutes to several wineries, local tasting rooms, great restaurants and the Public Market on Saturdays. Also nearby is McMinnville High School, the Evergreen Aviation and Space Museum and Linfield College. You can be in Portland or drive to the Oregon coastline in less than an hour.

The home features mid-century modern decor, gorgeous hardwood floors, and large windows offering beautiful views of the yard from every room. The bedrooms are large and offer privacy for couples and friends traveling together. Each bedroom is well appointed with new beds and fresh cozy linens. The large fully equipped kitchen with center island is great for cooking or just hanging out and visiting. It has a wood burning fireplace which adds to the charm - great for roasting marshmallows or warming up a chilly Oregon morning.

The fenced backyard features some of Oregon's favorites - maple, walnut, and apple trees and you can even enjoy fresh raspberries and blueberries when they are in season. Plenty of room for your well behaved dog or simply enjoying some quiet privacy with a glass of wine.

For your entertainment, this home features wi-fi, cable, a dvd player and for your convenience a washer and dryer.

We are very excited to share this home with you and truly hope you enjoy your stay.

About Michele Bertagna

Karen and I fell in love with McMinnville a year ago, and made the decision to purchase a home here. 1330 Ford is our vacation home, but we want to share it with others so they can fall in love with this area as we have.

Michele Bertagna purchased this house in 2012

McMinnville VRBO

  • 5 of 5

We stayed a total of five nights at this VRBO in McMinnville and found it to be very clean, easy access to the activities we had planned, good supply of towels, spices, and cooking utensils, and nice bedroom and bathroom locations. We stayed with another couple and having separate bathrooms was a real plus. I would recommend this VRBO to anyone staying in McMinnville or the surrounding area.

Beautiful, spacious and oh so lovely

  • 5 of 5

We rented this property for our wine country wedding and couldn't have been happier with it! The space it has to offer lets in so much natural light for photographers and makeup artists not to mention people! It's had everything we could have asked for including a huge backyard for our two pooches who thoroughly enjoyed their time!!

What a wonderful location!

  • 5 of 5

We rented this property to attend a wedding in the McMinnville area. The home took our breath away when we walked through the doors. The lovely hardwoods, period furnishings, and incredibly spacious rooms were far more than we could have hoped for. But the best feature for us was the kitchen. There was a HUGE utility room off of it that allowed all our excess storage of coolers, packing materials, etc to be at easy reach but out of sight. The large island made gathering and snacking and visiting a constant. We purchased logs at the local store and had fires in the kitchen fireplace to add to the ambiance. The special treats waiting for us were so thoughtful and generous. If this house was on the beach, we would never leave!!!

Great location, lovely airy home with good vibe.

2 couples shared the house for a mid week trek in wine country. Great house to come back to and relax. Short walk to town for breakfast or dinner. Comfortable, clean with a nice yard and corner lot. Quiet neighborhood. Would return if in the area. Highly recommend.

This property was perfect for our family vacation!

  • 5 of 5

We wanted to explore Oregon wineries, Portland and the beach. This home was the perfect location for all activities! We walked to the downtown area several times to taste wine, enjoy the roof top bar, eat at the breweries and enjoy a local spa. The house was very spacious for the 5 of us. We cooked on the grill every night. Everything we needed in the kitchen was available. We appreciated the eggs, delicious strawberries and wine that was left for us. The beautiful fresh flowers on the dining room table were unexpected and very welcoming! This was our first experience with a Home Away home and we were very impressed! The home was very clean and it felt like home.
