Our lovely cottage is situated behind six foot high garden walls and a handmade floral pedestrian gate in a serene, pristine garden. This two bedroom, one bath cottage has travertine-like porcelain tiled floors, air conditioning, ceiling fans, washer / dryer, hi-tech micro-wave, and is filled with lots of light; offering seamless indoor / outdoor Maui living.
All of the main rooms have oversized, bay-like, garden view windows! Living room has 42 ' Samsung Flat-screen with Hi Speed Time Warner Cable, DVD/Blue Ray, Free Netflix and Amazon Prime Access plus Hi-Speed Wi-Fi. Master bedroom with lovely garden views via a 5 ftx5ft double pane window & offers comfortable King Size Bed & full closet plus dresser. Bedroom Two Offers a Queen Platform bed & full closet. Bathroom has quilted maple cabinet & Esmerelda granite vanity with Grohe fixtures, plus rain shower, & travertine & glass wall tile feature. Open floor plan, light filled & spacious with high ceilings, plus ceiling fans in every room, create a gracious cool environment. Chefs kitchen with handmade quilted maple cabinets, Esmerelda granite counter tops & back-splash. There is a Sub-Zero fridge, Wolf induction cook-top & oven and the kitchen is fully equipped for everyday living. There is an outdoor lanai for BBQ'ing & dining.Totally private & surrounded by Bananas, Avocados, Lemons, Limes, Papaya, Hibiscus, & Plumeria this cottage offers privacy & quietude. Halama Street on the Ocean is revered for its walking proximity to fine dining, groceries, shopping, tennis, golf, water-sports & fabulous beaches! Private Parking is Off Street, Secure & Gated.
NOTE: Our Oceanfront Home is located in a very special residential neighborhood. We Do Not Allow Tenant's to Rent & Utilize or store Mopeds or Motorcycles on our property as they create too much ambient noise and we choose to respect the residential nature and environment of our neighborhood.
We are also a NO Smoking Property therefore if a guest needs to smoke we recommend that they take a stroll down Halama Street as our lovely year round weather is conducive to enjoying outside activities.

Halama Street on the Ocean in Kihei is a revered South Maui neighborhood. Speedbumps keep traffic low and slow! Amenities are within walking distance yet the neighborhood is high quality residential. The amenities afford one a lovely quiet, convenient, sunny lifestyle!
Just wanted to thank you again for the wonderful week we had staying at the cottage. Yes we loved the surfing and playing/exploring in the sun,
but coming back to the cottage was such a great treat… so relaxing. We thank you for your early accommodation of us when our flights were
rescheduled and we arrived almost 12 hours earlier than anticipated. Also, allowing us to leave later on our last day was so helpful in allowing us
to ‘squeeze’ in one more day of Maui activities, and come back and pack/get organized for our near 9pm departure.
Your hospitality and the cottage is all top shelf, and we would dearly love to come out and do it all over again sometime.

Exactly what was advertised. We enjoyed our walks to the park and the beach from this property. The location is really, really good. Everything was nice and clean. Would recommend.
We enjoyed our stay dispite a few glitches and a stormy weather. The cottage was very nice and well decorated. Cottage layout was comfortable with a lot of seating areas for dining and relaxing. The garden was well maintained and illuminated. Entry gate and tropical plants were impressive. Overall beautiful setting and great location as well. Close, easy to walk to the beach and Kihei town. Nice place!
Wonderful cottage in a quiet residential area. We loved the high quality finish, private garden and quality cookware. The outdoor shower was amazing!. Slept so well with all the screened windows open in a super comfortable king bed. Coffee lovers head up the street to Belle Surf Cafe, great crepes and local vibe.
My husband and I visited for 4 nights and wish we stayed much longer! It felt completely private as promised by the owners. Everything was very updated and they thought of all the little extras that make you feel right at home! They were very helpful with lots of info and tips. We cannot say enough good things about this place! We can't wait to go back! :D

You can tell, when you arrive at the Cottage, that Nancy and Robbie have created a special, well thought out and cared for slice of paradise.
Everything one would ever need in a vacation rental is there--it really feels like your little beautiful home away from home. We were very happy with the location and easy access, the privacy the property provided, the surrounding beauty around the cottage and out in the lush well tended gardens (the outdoor shower is a must to be enjoyed!), and the easy access to the Owners when we had any questions.
