Located in guard gated community just south of the strip. This one bedroom one bathroom condo is in a perfect location. It was fully renovated in December 2012 with all new furniture and appliances to cater to guests as the ideal vacation condo. The community has 3 pools, spas, tennis court (racquets & balls available upon request), gym and an outdoor grill available to use anytime located behind the tennis courts. This ground floor condo has flat screen TV's, high speed internet, WiFi and cable all included. I reside in Las Vegas and have a ranch in Montana. I decided when I retired to create the ideal upmarket condo to cater to Las Vegas visitors looking for a different experience from Strip hotels.

This condo is in a more relaxing environment yet close enough to all the Strip amenities with fun and action minutes away.
I loved that this community is guard gated and so close to everything Las Vegas has to offer yet quiet and peaceful. The grounds are exceptional with large mature trees and plenty of guest parking.
Our stay was excellent and we really enjoyed our vacation. Your condo was very nice and when we take another vacation to Las Vegas we would love to stay there again.

This was our second stay and met all our needs, I highly recommend this property when visiting Vegas - a short bus ride and you are on the strip, it gives you quiet and space while still near to the action.

We like Las Vegas in February, getting away from Midwest winter. And we are not casino people. So, staying off the strip is just fine with us, especially in a place with a nice kitchen so we can prepare our own meals and save even more of the money we do not throw away in the casino. This K-Club property does that very nicely. We rented our car at Fox, which is literally just across Las Vegas Blvd from the condo, very handy. The gated community is secure and pleasant. The condo itself is nicely furnished and supplied, very comfortable. If one does like casinos, the Silverton and South Point are very near the condo with good restaurants at reasonable prices and all the games anyone could wish to waste money on. Lots of grocery stores nearby, and both Town Square outdoor mall and Premium Outlet Mall are minutes away. You will not want to drive all the way down the Strip very often coming from the south to get anywhere on the strip, but sides roads abound to alleviate that problem (Tropicana and Harmon east and west, Koval north and south especially). All in all, great place, well-located, great price. And the owners are available and helpful at all times. Highly recommended.
The place was beautiful. It was more than we expected and we had a wonderful time. I would recommend having a car if you stay at this location. You are provided a parking spot and sticker to get in and out of the community. There is a grocery store a couple blocks away and the kitchen is fully stocked. The Gym and pool are about a 2 minute walk from the house, very convenient. There is a computer and printer in the housing, which was wonderful to have, WIFI is provided. There is a binder supplied for guest with answers to how to use lights, TV, fire place, outline of the community etc. The owners are great to work with and very accommodating. They will send you a packet before you arrive, with all the information you will need. I would recommend this place and would stay there again.
This was my first time renting a property in Las Vegas and it could have not gone any smoother. The property was very well maintained and had everything that I needed for a great 7 day stay. I would definitely rent this property again for my next trip to Vegas.
