About Scott Lawrence

I am a third generation builder of fine homes. My grandfather would have built this custom craftsman home and it is an honor to be the owner!

Restoring the original style while adding contemporary updates allows my guests to appreciate the history while enjoying all the conveniences of current technology in home design.

I live nearby in a 1907 craftsman home which I recently restored in the historic Leschi neighborhood of Seattle.

Scott Lawrence purchased this house in 2012

Guestbook comments from the owner

We had a wonderful time celebrating our parents 70th wedding anniversary. Eleven adults and their three small children stayed in this house, plus eleven more adults joined us for a special celebration dinner on Sunday. The house worked well for this special family event.

This house is set UP! We stayed here with 6 adults and 5 under 5! We all had our own space and plenty of room to share! Scott has thought of everything! You won't need a thing! He went over and above for our family! I have a feeling he's been at this for awhile! The neighborhood is great and there is easy access to the bus downtown! You really should consider this home!

This property was great.

  • 5 of 5

Our family spent 2 nights prior to an Alaskan Cruise celebrating our parents 50th Anniversary. Did not know what to expect traveling across the country but the house was fantastic. It's location was great and the neighborhood was quiet (great for the kids). Enough food around and quick drive to port. A definite recommendation and if I am in Seattle again I will remember this location. Thanks Scott for the memories.

Perfect for a large family or group holiday!

  • 5 of 5

I really cannot say enough nice things about this property. We had a three generation family gathering over the December holiday, and we selected t his house based on its location. It was very easy to access an express bus to get downtown, and the nearby running trails were spectacular. The bedding and beds themselves were amazing. We found the foam mattress so comfortable that we came home and bought one of our own! The property is beautiful and totally charming. The kitchen was very well appointed, and had room for a few people to work in it at a time. All the linens were clean and comfortable. We have already discussed returning to this property, as it is easily the best VRBO we have ever stayed in. Many thanks to the owner for an excellent property!
