Wood Run 301D is a luxurious 2,600+/- square foot 4 bedroom 2.5 bath townhouse that sleeps 12+ and sits just a few yards off Home Again Trail ski-way for great ski-in/ski-out access. This home is in tremendous condition and is exceptionally functional, spacious, and very well decorated. One of its many great attributes is a two car heated garage which doubles as ski staging area that provides storage for 9 pair of skis, 6 snowboards, and features a state of the art 32 boot/ski gear forced air drying system. This area is complete with a changing bench and ski tuning table. The home is uniquely 4-level designed for seclusion and smartly positioned with east-facing living, dining, bedroom, and outside patio areas offering magnificent morning sunshine and great views of the Whitefish Mountain ski slopes. Three levels boast separate living areas all well furnished complete with flat panel cable TVs and access to outside observation deck areas. This beautiful home is designed to accommodate large groups or families in total comfort all year around.
The main level living area of this premier mountain home features a high-end leather sectional with ottoman, a high open ceiling, a natural rock gas fireplace, and a 50” high definition plasma cable TV complete with DVD and XBOX. The fully-equipped and stocked kitchen includes top-quality stainless appliances featuring a professional grade gas range and elegant granite counter tops. The dining room seats 8-10 with additional seating for 2-4 at the counter bar. The main level has a very nice entry way and a lavish powder room off the kitchen. The covered deck off the dining room includes a stainless steel gas BBQ grill for complete culinary capabilities.
The upper level consists of a large master suite and attached living area complete with a dry bar and loft which overlooks the main living area. This space has wonderful views of the ski slopes through over sized cathedral windows. The master suite has French opening doors and features a very nice Queen-size memory foam bed, a walk-in closet, a private bath, and access to a private outdoor covered balcony which offers great views of Whitefish Mountain and looks toward Glacier National Park. The master bath has dual sinks, a deep Jacuzzi jet tub, and a separate shower and toilet area. The living room features a leather sofa and love seat with appropriate amenities including a 37” flat panel cable TV, DVD, and home audio system.
The middle levels consist of the garage entrance and a large bedroom specifically designed with your little-ones in mind. It features four twin log beds and a twin sofa sleeper. As well it has a smaller cable TV with DVD.
The lower level consists of two bedrooms, a separate living area, a bathroom with a tub/shower combo, and a laundry room complete with a front loading washer and dryer. Both bedrooms have very nice Queen-sized beds, one with a pillow top and the other with memory foam. There is private access to a lower level covered patio from one the north bedroom. The living area features a high-quality sofa sleeper and a 50” flat panel cable TV with DVD.

We are the second owners of the home. A retired couple built it a number of years ago and only used it a few weeks a year up until a year ago when they moved here permanently from Texas. They recently built a new home in Whitefish which gave us the rare opportunity to own this awesome property. This home has never been rented before and is in excellent condition.
Prior to purchasing this home we looked at a dozen Whitefish Mountain properties. None of them offered this unique combination of size, interior layout, high-end amenities, physical condition, location to the ski-way, and just plain coolness as this home possesses. We feel truly bless to own it and we hope you feel blessed for choosing to vacation in it.
We stayed for three weeks this summer and had an amazing time. Close to mountain activities and summer mountain fun. The layout of the house is perfect and my kids adored the kids' room. Greg was wonderful to rent from. This house is the perfect place on the mountain for a summer or winter rental. We would love to rent this again!
From reservation to departure, Greg made this experience perfect. Our family can't wait to return to this getaway for winter time! The house was extremely clean and perfect for entertaining a large group. The views were impressive and nearby attractions were fun and affordable.
The property was perfect for a large group, we never felt cramped. The location is great, right on the mountain with ski-in access. The condo has great space for all your gear and plenty of parking space. Couldn't have asked for a better stay!

We really enjoyed this rental when we went Skiing. It was great way to ring in the New Year as we were able to see the show and fireworks on the ski hill from on the balcony. This condo is well facilitated for a group of 12+. Location was perfect for skiing onto and off of the slopes, no need to drive up to the resort and find parking. We really enjoyed our stay here with our friends. We recommend this property and look forward to coming again. Thanks, Greg.
Three families stayed at this property recently and we were impressed with the location, amenities and extras. It was close enough that we chose to ski back to the property for lunch. The kitchen was well stocked. The dining and sitting areas offered fantastic views of Big Mountain, and there was plenty of space for all twelve of us. The hot tub was very nice after skiing all day. An extra great bonus is the spacious garage with the awesome boot drying racks to dry all of our wet gear. We would gladly stay here again.
