Location! Location! Location! This corner sunny and light corner unit townhouse is in the heart of Coronado Village just 3 blocks from the beach and 2.5 blocks from shops! No car necessary as everything is within easy walking distance: stores, grocery store, movie cinema, shopping, restaurants and beach!
Enjoy 2 baths and 2 bedrooms, one accompanied with a King Size bed, the other with two twin beds (converts to king bed) as well as a queen sleeper sofa in living room. This two-story townhouse has a private entrance, an open floor plan with beautiful hardwood floors and all new appliances and decor! All bedrooms have HD TV's, ample lighting, and enough closet room for all of your vacation luggage! Enjoy a fireplace in the living room and 2 balconies to overlook the Village. A brick patio outside of the first floor master bedroom and hallway allows for beautiful morning sun or bbqing for dinner!
If you do decide to bring a car, there is an attached 1 car garage along with an 1 adjacent private parking spot. Beautifully decorated with central air conditioning, washer and dryer, and wifi Internet in every room. Totally equipped to be your perfect comfortable home away from home! Non shedding dogs and smaller dog will be considered. Best to send a picture of the dog.
We spent a couple of week visiting Coronado & the San Diego area. This townhouse is in a great location. Quiet at night, but centrally located, we were able to walk to the beach, Hotel Del, restaurants, & all around Coronado.
We enjoyed hanging out in the relaxing living space upstairs & used the well supplied kitchen after the adventures of the day. And we all slept well thanks to comfortable beds!

We had the pleasure or staying at this property for the month of July, 2014. When we arrived everything was tidy and well equipped! From the kitchen cookware to the beach accessories, we actually took too much! Its location was ideal, as it's centrally located and within walking distance to beach, restaurants, and sightseeing. Crestmont Property management was extremely professional and returned calls in a timely manner. The neighborhood is quiet and neighbors were friendly and informative. We would definitely recommend this property for rental. Our stay was quite enjoyable.
Coronado is the perfect destination for vacation..any time of the year! Enjoy the beaches during the summer, the breathtaking views of the Hotel Del during Christmas, and year around weather that is just about right!
