The Manor has 6 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. There are beds for 16 people but we can accommodate up to 20 people. There is a fully stocked kitchen with a microwave, dishwasher, and ice maker in the fridge. The manor has an over-sized laundry room and shower off the back door. With a BBQ grill on the back porch you can tell we have the Manor set up for a fun time!
A great room with a big screen TV and pool table can be found in the upstairs rec room. There are two relaxing sitting areas for good conversation, reading or just enjoying the scenery. In the cool of the evening you can enjoy the front porch where you can view the white mountain range beckoning in the distance while the family plays on the large lawn.
We are native to the area. The Manor was built as a family home on part of our 240 acre ranch that has been in the family for over 100 years. We raised our family of 5 in Orderville. We still live in Orderville and love the area.
Lynnette Spencer purchased this house in 2011
The area around the Manor offers everything to make your stay enjoyable. You should consider the Manor as you destination for you next family vacation, reunion, or retreat.
The Manor offers tranquility. The nearest neighbor is a quarter mile away. It is large enough to host a party of 20 people yet cozy enough to feel like home.
Great location for our Zion NP visit - pleanty of room for 7 adults in our group with bedrooms to spare. Nice to sit in swing on front porch and watch sun rise. Lynette super response to all questions.
Very beautiful property..., well maintained.
Orderville is middle to Zion, Bryce & Page.
I stayed at this place for few days while on family vacations! We all enjoyed our stay everything is as shown on the pictures totally amazing we are looking forward to go back sometime soon... if anyone planning vacations this is a great place to stay I totally recommend it!!! It's great for all ages and stores are near by...
My friends and I were looking for a place to stay for the weekend in order to visit Zion national park. We had a group of 12 people and this place was perfect because it had enough room for everyone.
Beautiful location in Orderville Utah with close proximity to Zion & Bryce but house is in need of some updates. The house is very large and accommodated our large group with ease. Front porch has unbeatable views. We did have trouble with AC not working first few nights of our stay and fire/security alarms on the fritz at 3:00am on another night. All of that said owners of property were quick to respond to problems but by the time all problems were fixed our stay was over.
We loved our 3 day stay at White Mountain Manor. It is just North of the Mount Carmel Junction and was a perfect staging place for trips into Zions each day. Plenty of bedrooms and a fun game room fit our family reunion comfortably (5 couples stayed in bedrooms and many of the children used various futons and pull-outs to sleep in some of the common areas) We loved being able to grill on the covered patio even when it was raining, and there is plenty of outdoor seating both in front and back so we decided to eat many of our meals while enjoying the beautiful views right from the porch. Wonderfully furnished - everything we needed was there and ready for us except our food, which even for our large group fit easily in the good sized freezer/refrigerator and pantry. We would love to make staying here a tradition and are more likely to visit Zions in the near future because of our positive experience at this property.
Our Manor can be found in the heart of Southern Utah’s National Parks including Zion, Bryce, Coral Pink Sand Dunes, North Rim of the Grand Canyon, Lake Powell, and Grand Staircase National Monument. You can experience all of these with drive on scenic by-way Hwy 89, and then return to the Manor for an enjoyable time on the front porch or around our conversation fire pit. Orderville is home to the 'United Order' and has a rich pioneer history. The Manor is close to the Zion Narrows trail head and established four wheeling trails. Best Friends Animal Sanctuary is a short drive from the Manor. The Bingham Art Gallery, home to the famous artist Maynard Dixon is 5 miles from the Manor. Visiting artists have used the Manor's front porch to paint the surrounding landscape. Humming birds are constant companions to the beautiful flowers surrounding the Manor. An active deer trail loops around behind the Manor.
