This upper unit is a 2 bedroom condo on the upper 2 floors with a big living room, dining room and modern kitchen on the main floor and two bedrooms, two bathrooms on the 3rd floor. This beautiful condo was just fully renovated with modern amenities and is a completely equipped condo slope side on Burke Mountain.

This is Unit 5A of 6 distinct units at Sno Bear Lodging (all listed on Homeaway/VRBO). These are the highest condominiums on Burke Mountain AND they are the closest to upper lift and Burke Hotel/Lodge. Close to Kingdom Trails. Located on Roly Grail Trail. This recently fully renovated property provides slope-side access to the upper mountain with just a 2 minute walk to Mid-Burke Express Chairlift and the new Burke Mountain Hotel & Convention Center. This location cannot be beat for ski teams racing on Warren's Way (10 minutes to race hill from condo), families or ski teams with lots of gear that don't want to haul it to the mountain each day.

The condo has been completely updated (hard wood floors, tile, granite, custom kitchen with eat-in bar, gas range and all the conveniences of home) for your comfortable mountain escape. Additionally, the lodging is decked out with all new bathrooms, beds & mattresses, furniture, beautiful custom lighting, and so much more.

The included linens are all high thread count and the bathrooms have large cushy towels. Kitchens have all the functions of home including new accessories such as coffee maker, pots/pans, utensils, etc.

There is a cozy Vermont Casting propane stove in the living room for après ski/snowboard/winter bike/snow mobiling that turns on with a switch on the wall (no hauling firewood or mess). There is included cable TV (with sports networks) and every unit is equipped with a free WiFi hotspot. There is storage for your ski/snowboard/etc. equipment in a ski/bike hut outside (completion expected Summer 2017). In the ski / bike hut you can tune your skis in winter or tinker on your bike in summer. And keep your bike safely locked away at night. Expected June 2017 - there is a pavilion with fire pit and grills to kick back and enjoy the sunset and celebrate your day's adventures.

There is plenty of parking for multiple folks sharing the space.

The location is perfect for Kingdom Trail and Burke DH park mountain bikers in the summer. Also, a great spot to stay in summer if you’re hiking Burke or paragliding.

In the winter, this is an ideal location for snow enthusiast including skiers, snowboarders, nordic skiers, and those who come here for winter biking, hiking, snowshoeing and snow mobiling because all these activities are super convenient from Sno Bear Lodging location. All Burke Mountain trails can be accessed out your door. Kingdom trails Darion Ridge side is just short 5 min car ride away. Snow mobile trails are just a half mile away.

A huge benefit is the proximity of the Burke Mountain Hotel - just steps from your front door - where they offer a Gap Pub, fancier Willoughby's Restaurant, Store with ski/bike/hike gear, clothes, gifts, snacks, beer, milk, etc., and a nice coffee shop. There is also a Gym that you can get a pass to while you stay at Sno Bear Lodging.

Literally, once you arrive at Sno Bear Lodging you do not need to leave as all your sporting activities, food/drinks and entertainment is just steps from your door.

We are a local ski racing family. I grew up here, attended BMA and love the NEK for all it's amazing outdoor sports and activities. Although our family travels a lot - we always love coming home to East Burke, Vermont. This location is like no other in the world with its beautiful mountains and rolling landscapes Burke provides an amazing network of ski/snowboard, snow mobile (VAST) and bike trails (Kingdom Trails) all winter long to keep our very active family engaged. When you come and share in our community you will find the best food in the NEK and you will find friendly, down to earth people who are happy to help you enjoy your time with us.
