In its tranquil location a four-minute stroll from the sandy beach of El Portet this cosy villa makes an ideal base for a relaxing family holiday.

Sitting behind high wooden gates in a walled garden bursting with palms, shrubs, bougainvillea and cypresses Les Rocailles offers a private pool, BBQ area and both sunny and shaded terraces offering restful spaces to sit. The large pool terrace has a table for dining with six chairs and a separate area where six sun loungers are spaciously accommodated.

The ground floor has an open plan sitting room and kitchen area and a separate dining room. There is also a twin bedded room and an adjacent shower room.

In the sitting room there is a flat screen TV (some satellite channels) DVD and CD player, broadband & wi-fi (limited downloads). This area is air-conditioned. All other rooms are cooled by large ceiling fans.

The American style kitchen has a breakfast bar, oven, hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher and toaster.

An open staircase leads to the first floor where there is a master bedroom and an adjacent bathroom, shared with a further twin- bedded room.

At basement level is a garage and also a laundry room with a washer and dryer.

Outside the garden is gravel interspersed with flowerbeds with steps leading up to the swimming pool terrace.

The picturesque bay of El Portet with its sandy, blue flagged beach, cafes and restaurants is a mere 300 metres.

The Villa at El Portet, originally the old fishing port and now a peaceful and picturesque bay with sea front cafes, is a 300m walk from the sandy and blue flagged beach. Portet also offers the five star Dauphin restaurant, a mini-market, beach bar, restaurant, pizzeria and pharmacy. A 1km walk along the new coastal path takes you past the marina to Moraira with its market and wealth of shops, restaurants. The pretty town of Denia is about 15km north. Nearby are several golf courses while diving, windsurfing sailing and jet-skiing are available. Go- karting is 4km away. Benidorm, with its Terra Mitica and Aqualandia attractions is a 40 minute drive.

A Wonderful Villa

The Villa is in an excellent position , very close to the beach and only a 20 min stroll into Moraira. The swimming pool at the Villa is excellent with plenty of space to relax either in the sun or shade. Pamela the owner has been extremely helpful and it's great that she supplies beach towels on top of the normal linen etc. We were so impressed that we are looking to book the property again.

Einfach zum Wohlfühlen!

Wir können das Haus absolut empfehlen. Von der Buchung bis zur Übergabe der Schlüssel nach unserem Aufenthalt verlief alles perfekt.

Das Haus ist in einem sehr guten Zustand, top gepflegt und sehr sauber. Die Anlage ist großzügig und ebenfalls sehr gepflegt. Der Pool ist ausreichend groß und eine echte Alternative zum Strand. Das Haus liegt ca 250 Meter vom Strand in El Port entfernt in einer Sackgasse. Die Ruhe ist jederzeit spürbar.

Wir würden das Haus jederzeit wieder buchen!

beautiful villa great location

The villa was lovely, spotlessly clean, with beautiful gardens and pool. It was a short stroll to the beautiful El Portet beach, great spot to watch the sun go down .

Pamela was extremely helpful throughout, can't wait to go back.

Special place

Lovely villa in a great location for the sparkling El Portet beach. Spacious, well equipped, a stunning pool and pretty gardens...can't be faulted. The weather was very hot however, so caution advised if you are troubled by this...

It's a great area to explore, up the coast to Denia and inland to the mountains.

Highly recommended as a holiday base especially for families and couples who like a relaxed time.

Superb villa in a top location

We loved this delightful villa surrounded by beautiful gardens. It's a great location just 5 minutes walk from the beach and the local shop where you can buy all the essentials. We were 4 adults and found the villa spacious, clean and well equipped with everything we needed for our week long stay.

The pool was perfect, probably the best we've ever had on any of our villa holidays, and we spent our evenings under the lovely covered terrace.

We really enjoyed lunches in Moraira (particularly at Eleven Restaurant) which is a short drive or 15 minutes walk away.

Communication from the owners was good and I would recommend this villa to my friends and family.

Excellent....Great Location

We were lucky enough two stay here for two weeks in July with our two girls aged 1 and 4. We all had a fantastic time. The villa was everything we could have asked for. Our eldest daughter adored the pool and loved lizard hunting in the gardens at night. The villa is in the perfect location within walking distance to everything you could want.

We cannot wait to go back again and our daughters.....and we were sad to leave. Thanks for a great holiday. By far one of the lovliest villas we have stayed in.
