The cottage we stayed in was nicely done, recently renovated. Well stocked with all the essentials and plenty of supplementary items.
I loved the cottage, it was perfect for my family of 5 and my parents came to stay a couple days as well with plenty of room for all of us. It had a nice community area outside, and the inside was updated beautifully. The cottage itself was clean and filled with necessities for the week.
The location was great for going to Ludington and we also took a trip to Manistee (only 1/2hr away). The only thing I wish it had, was more space for hanging towels, maybe some hooks in the bedroom or a spot for a line outside for after a beach day.
We are already discussing when we want to come back! I would recommend it to anyone looking for a spot close to Ludington.
Very clean! Quaint.
Great bang for the buck! Clean and freshly remodeled. Want the shower in my home. Already planning on renting next year along with one of the others so we can take more family. Really good contact on daily basis with property manager. Pontoon was a plus. Really nice stay.
Nice / new cottage
Cottage itself is beautiful but only a couple of the cottages have a good view of the lake. The pontoon was nice for exploring the lake. Ludington is beautiful too.
The cottage was very nice. The Lake we stayed on was pretty as well.
The property was very well maintained. The only downfall was the property surrounding our cottage. It was junky looking and needed better upkeep. We know it's owned by someone else but it was kind of an eyesore. The cottage itself was very nice! We loved that it was right on the water and we could have our boat right there. I would suggest a can opener in the kitchen and maybe some containers with lids. Just a thought. My husband and sons were disappointed with the fishing the week we were there. Maybe it was just bad timing. That would be the only thing that would keep us from coming back. We loved the cottage, the sand dunes on the lake and the central location to all the other things there are to do in Ludington. Thank you for a great place to stay on our family vacation!
