The house has a terrace on the saltwater canal with a garden of palm trees, papaye trees and hibiscus flowers. And soon equipped with a pool.
Coming from Europe, we fell under the charm of Cape Coral.

This property is very well located to visit the area. The house has been renovated with new furnitures, 3 flat screen tv (one in 3D). The access to the gulf is quick by boat. The neighborhood is quiet and friendly. The house is closed to commercial centers. A brand new pool, heated with salt system.
We were very lucky to stay at this beautiful home. Anything we needed was provided. The owners went out of their way to make sure that we felt welcome and even check with us when we returned home to make sure we enjoyed our stay. We cannot recommend this property enough.
This was our first time booking a home this way, and we were so pleased with the experience. The owners were quick to respond to our inquiry, and answer any questions and having a local contact representative was helpful. The home was so clean and everything we needed was there. The kitchen is well equipped and the Florida room was used frequently. The layout of the home is very accommodating for guests as everyone has their own space. The new guest bath was a nice surprise and the new salt water pool is amazing. The neighborhood is quiet and shopping , businesses, and city parks are just a short drive away. It's a great starting point for a variety of day trips - beaches, Pine Island, Sanibel and the Everglades to name a few. The owners have put together a helpful book that will answer most of your questions regarding the home and have left all the operating manuals for the appliances. A computer for internet access and a new canoe for guest use were added perks. We spent our month there very much at home and look forward to our return next year.
My husband and I stayed at this cozy home for the month of March 2015. The location is perfect, in a quiet neighborhood, yet close to Veteran's Parkway, so it is easy to get to Spring Training Ball games as well as the nearby islands, and all other attractions. The 4 Mile Eco Preserve is very close and makes for a nice walk.
The home is equipped with everything you need - we particularly enjoyed the water dispenser and the grill. There is even a bread machine! They provide a detailed "Info Book", that outlines procedures and ideas for things to do around the area. The property is well maintained, very clean and there is no carpet, so very allergy friendly. Communication with the owners is very efficient, making our vacation so wonderful. We would highly recommend this property to friends and family, and hopefully we can visit again soon.
While the house is in a residential neighborhood, it was exactly where we needed. We were visiting friends in the same neighborhood and any hotel would have been further away. We would have needed two hotel rooms to accommodate us and the kids so I figured I'd take a look at vrbo. I'm so glad I did!!! The great experience started with frequent (sometimes immediate) contact directly from the owner. His contact locally was so pleasant and easy to work with as well (right next door and she was home when we got there and when we were leaving). The house was spotless and although the bathrooms were older/original, the furnishings throughout the rest of the house made you feel like the house was new. The paint colors, furnishings, kitchen and floors were very updated. The kitchen was stocked nicely with extras like a blender and mixer. The hot and cold water dispenser was great for refilling our water bottles and making instant coffee in the mornings. The house has a 2 car garage with entrance right into the kitchen which made "moving in" so easy. There's a washer and dryer that we used once and was so handy to have. The backyard is small but right on a canal with a pleasant view (awesome boat across the canal!) the canal was a small concern with our small children but we didn't go out there with them other than to take a few pictures. The house is close to many restaurants, supermarkets, fast food, and cvs type stores. As you can see, I can't say enough good things about the house. We have recommended it to my friend and her mother who live in Cape Coral so they can have their visitors stay!
We found this house to be ideal for our needs. It was equiped with everything we needed and even a 3D TV. The location was ideal for daily shopping and not too far from other shopping needs. Would recommend to friends.
