With an elevator and/or stairs, it is easy to reach the apartment when carrying your holiday purchases and if you want extra exercise, weekly gym memberships are on offer just around the corner.
It is a fabulous location for those that enjoy the outdoors - surrounded by mountains, it is ideal for trail running and hikers and the sea offers all sporting opportunities, including a sailing club. Road runners and walkers will also enjoy exploring the beautiful surrounds.
In winter, enjoy underfloor heating to keep you warm and comfortable.
Getting to Cape Town's CBD is easy and a beautiful road with the mountain on one side and the sea on the other. It should take roughly 20 minutes to reach.

This apartment would suit couples, singles, families (4 people), holidaymakers, business people, sports people.
The 1st bedroom which opens onto the large balcony, has a queen size bed in it and the 2nd bedroom has 2 single beds which can be pushed together or used as single beds. The bathroom is lovely with a spacious bath, shower and toilet and there is also a second separate toilet room for convenience.
There is secure undercover parking in the building and also sufficient visitor parking should this be needed.
Very secure and 24 hour security control downstairs.
