Spoil your friends and family in this beautiful, well-furnished 2,200 square foot condo at the Palisades Condominiums. It is conveniently located along Highway HH by land and Mile Marker 14 by water. The condo is close to everything you need for a great getaway - a wide-variety of area attractions, golf courses, spas, restaurants, and shopping!

The condo consists of Two Levels:

• The main floor is an open concept with a fully finished kitchen, laundry room, dining area and a living room lined with glass windows and a sliding door to take you onto a screened in covered balcony.

* There are three bedrooms - all with their own bath. Bedroom one has twin beds and bedroom two has a queen bed. The master bedroom (King bed) has a large bathroom with with walk in closet. There is a sliding door in the master bedroom, which takes you to the covered balcony.

• The lower level consists of a second master bedroom (King bed) with a private bath and a sliding door to another balcony. A second living room, complete with a queen size sleeper sofa and sliding door which also leads to the balcony.

When it comes to considering the distance to the pool - this condo is perfect! The condo is an end-unit of the building neighboring the pool. Your bathroom/refreshment breaks are just steps away - and don't worry, the pool closes before quiet hours, so you won't be bothered.

There is one assigned parking spot with this condo and open parking spaces are located close by as well.

This condo is perfect for those who like to spend time together, but still like their privacy. The separate living areas allow for the adults and kids to enjoy separate activities.

Boaters: The Palisades has a protected harbor. Our 14 x 40' covered boat slip is available and it has electric as well. You're welcome to fish from the docks.

Please note: This is not a party condo. The Palisades is a family–oriented complex. Not being respectful of the association or owners’ rules may lead to eviction, loss of rental fees, and forfeiture of damage deposit fees. The Palisades has on-site security.

Everything about the condo was great! We had 4 adults, 4 college kids, and 2 grandparents and the unit was perfect for us. We also rented a 14x40 boat slip which wasn't too far from the unit and worked perfectly for our boat. Unit was very clean. We'll try and rent this unit again next summer.

Palisades not a good place to rent at

The condo itself was beautiful and the property manager who rented the condo was great to work with. Be aware the Palisades association will arbitrarily charge fines for no substantiated reason. The neighbors of this condo make it very clear they do not like renters. The Palisades association have little regards for renters on their property.

Owner's Response: Unfortunately, our guests over Memorial Day Weekend 2018 were fined for quiet hours noise violations after 3am on Monday morning. We list the complex rules in our rental agreement and also post them in the condo. Quiet hours are in place for the benefit of our guests and our neighbors. The disturbance to the neighbors into the early morning hours was the reason for the fine. The police were also called to the complex to address the issue. This certainly was not an arbitrary "picking on renters" situation. I have been managing this property for the owners for over 2 years. This is the only fine we have ever received since I've taken over the property management.

Really nice condo

I have a group of seven women who try to gather each year and this condo worked out well for us. We are all 60ish and in good shape/steps to the condo weren't an issue except when we drug in multiple suitcases. Outside screened in porch area was a huge plus. Having 4 bedrooms and 4 baths was excellent and it was clean and well furnished. We felt the downstairs area had a bit of a musty smell to it...bought a wall plug in air freshner while we were there and dealt with it that way. Overall very happy with the location and the condo and will likely go again.

Great Place to unwind

We booked this unit as one of several for a 20 person golf outing. My group had a great time, and plans to return. I highly recommend the Palisades units for travelers of any type--well maintained condos, great views, convenient location.

Car: necessary

Our guests enjoy what seems to be an unlimited list of things to do from taking a Helicopter Tour to playing a round of Golf at one of the many of the fantastic courses the Lake area is known for! The Ladies love the 110+ store outlet mall less than a mile from the condo and there's so much for the kids to do including Go Karting, Mini-Golf, and getting Frozen Custard at Randy's or Andy's! Be adventurous and Hike one of the many State Park Trails or go visit Ha Ha Tonka! There's an abundance of things to do within a short drive Year-Round!
