Beautiful, spacious 8 bedroom Villa beside the Strip

Large spacious 8 bedroom villa located in Forte Sao Joao which is in between the Strip in the New town and the Old town.

Located in the heart of Albufeira, this large villa is ideal for families or large groups that are looking for a quiet setting with excellent entertainment space. This 6 bedroom villa has undergone full refurbishment with new bathrooms, new tiles on the floor throughout, and all furniture is new for 2012.

All bedrooms and living room are air conditioned.

Property is a short drive to Pinecliffs, Gale, and Guia (where Algarve shopping is located with large supermarket, many shops supplying clothes, shoes, sports equipment, and large cinema with all the latest releases in English) and 25 min drive to Quinta do Lago. The property is surrounded by the best golf courses, lovely restaurants, supermarket is approx 0.5 km away (large supermarket that houses most essential items).

A wide range of sports facilities are available in Albufeira including golf courses, tennis and water sports.

The property is within an easy stroll to the strip which is located at the end of the road (2 minutes walk)

Located on the top floor are bedrooms 1 and 2. Both these bedrooms have en suite facilities, large terraces looking onto the pool. They have been furnished to a high standard with fitted wardrobes and solid furnishing. Both en suite shower/bathrooms are modern, spacious and clean.

As you enter the property you are met by a spacious hallway which leads to bedroom 3, 4, 5 and 6. Bedroom 4 and 5 benefit from large glass sliding windows with a large terrace looking onto the pool and elevated views. The main bathroom is located beside the kitchen and bedroom 6, it is spacious, modern and clean.

On the ground floor there is a spacious 7th bedroom beside a further large bathroom. The 8th bedroom has 3 single beds and ensuite shower facilities. There is a large open plan living room with kitchen which is fully integrated with breakfast bar. The living room has large glass sliding doors leading out onto the sun terrace with direct views onto the private pool and gated parking area. The living room has plenty of sofas to accommodate upto 17 people comfortably, Sky FREEVIEW TV, and an indoor dining area. Perfect for large groups that wish to be close to the pool throughout the day.

The bedroom configuration is as follows:

Bedroom 1: Located on the 2nd floor, has twin beds fitted wardrobes, private terrace, en suite facilities

Bedroom 2: Located on the 2nd floor, has a double bed, fitted wardrobes, private terrace, en suite facilities

Bedroom 3: Located on the 1st floor, has twin beds, wardrobe, glass sliding doors

Bedroom 4: Located on the 1st floor, twin beds beds, fitted wardrobes, large terrace, with ensuite shower facilities

Bedroom 5: Located on the 1st floor, Double bed, fitted wardrobes, beside the main bathroom

Bedroom 6: Located on the 1st floor, Twin beds, fitted wardrobes, beside a large bathroom

Bedroom 7: Located on the Ground floor, with double bed beside the large shower room

Bedroom 8: Located on the ground floor with 3 single beds, ensuite shower facilities

We can also supply further single beds if required in some of these bedrooms, upto 22 people. There will be a charge of £50 per additional bed required.

Villa Bella is located in the centre of Albufeira town, just a 5 minute walk to the famous 'Strip' where you will find plenty of bars, restaurants, cafes, and the main nightlife.

Oura beach with its golden sandy beach is approximately 7 minutes walk from the villa, there are supermarkets, shops, and cafes that line the way to the beach to collect some refreshments along the way.

There is a large supermarket just off the strip 'Alisuper' which houses most essential items that you will require whilst on holiday.

Forte Sao Joao Beach is approximately 5 minutes walk away, this is a smaller and quieter beach with nice cafes to sit out in the sun in a more relaxing environment.

The Old Town is approximately 20 minutes walk from the villa. This is the more established part of Albufeira with the traditional fish restaurants located along the beach front. The Old town has mainly been pedrestrianised with a escalator taking you down to the sandy beach. There are bars lining the cobbled road upto the main square where there is livel music regularly.

The villa itself is located on a quiet no through road, it is well lit and just off the main road. It provides the perfect setting to relax by the pool throughout the day and enjoy the amenities that Albufeira has to offer on your door step with out a car being required.

The villa is approximately 40 minutes drive from Faro airport and if required we can assist with airport transfers at competitive rates through a local taxi company. They can also offer excursions whilst staying in the Algarve.

We can also assist on airport transfers and excursions whilst you are in the Algarve.
In order to process your booking we will require a 25% deposit with the remaining amount due 6 weeks prior to arrival
