Feel the soothing ocean breeze in this 2 bedroom 2 bath Sea Village unit. The master bedroom has air-conditioning for additional comfort and a comfortable queen sized bed. The second bedroom also has air-conditioning and 2 twin beds.
This unit has been lovingly upgraded for the enjoyment of our guests. We are sure you'll be pleased with the renovated kitchen, walk-in tiled showers, new appliances, beds with high quality mattresses, lanai furniture, and much more.
You won't hear traffic noise from Ali'i Drive in this unit. Located in building one, the unit provides an unobstructed view of Kailua Bay on one side and backs into a beautiful green courtyard. There are no windows facing a parking lot. Take a look at our photos to get a feel of the complex and how conveniently we are located relative to the pool/hot tub and bbq area.
Your stay will have all the amenities of home including a fully stocked kitchen and fun-in-the-sun beach gear like boogie boards, beach chairs, sun umbrella, beach towels, snorkelling equipment, and coolers for beer and/or groceries.
For those guests travelling with small children, we provide a crib/playpen, booster chair, stepping stool, assorted beach toys, and a baby boogie board.

This condo was awesome. Very well furnished with a location that was next to none! Very easy to work with owners and will definitely stay her again.

It was clean and had a wonderfull vew.
A bad point is The air conditioner : it was very noisy.
Our stay in January 2018 was fantastic. The views from the lanai are breath taking. Perfect place to watch the sun set. We even saw Spinner Dolphins while having coffee one morning. The property was clean, comfortable, and had everything you might need. Even a closet full of beach gear, chairs, cooler, towels, etc. We would recommend this vacation rental to everyone. Location is walking distance from shops, nightlife, restaurants, beaches. Perfect!
Great place to stay while visiting Hawai'i - away from the madness in town.
Property is as advertised - awesome views from the balcony, the crashing waves lull you to sleep too. And we did see dolphins splashing in the distance, as well as a awesome sunsets.
The owner was very responsive to emails.

The views from the balcony look exactly like the photos. Breathtaking sunsets and beautiful relaxing morning with coffee watching the boats and swimmers in the water.
The condo had plenty of room for the 4 of us (2 teenagers and 2 adults). We especially appreciated the extra water equipment such as snorkelling gear and body boards.
The location is quite convenient to travel around the island as it is close to many of the attractions such as Captain Cooke and Volcano National Park.
My husband rented a bike and went for rides most days and I could run along Ali'i Drive so it was very convenient for exercise. The girls could walk into town as it was roughly 15 minute walk to shops and Gelato!

Spectacular Lanai Views
This unit is well equipped and nicely updated. The views from the lanai cannot be beat and the way the lanais are staggered there is good privacy. The location is also great in that it is only about a mile walk into downtown Kona. The only recommendation we would have would be more comfortable furniture/seating in the living room.
There's a breakfast place on site called the Green Flash cafe for your first morning on the island.
