The second bedroom also has air-conditioning and 2 twin beds.
This unit has been lovingly upgraded for the enjoyment of our guests. We are sure you'll be pleased with the recently renovated kitchen, walk-in tiled showers, new appliances, beds with high quality mattresses, lanai furniture, and much more.
You won't hear traffic noise from Ali'i Drive in this unit. Located in building one, the unit provides an unobstructed view of Kailua Bay on one side and backs into a beautiful green courtyard. There are no windows facing a parking lot. Take a look at our photos to get a feel of the complex and how conveniently we are located relative to the pool/hot tub and bbq area.
Your stay will have all the amenities of home including a fully stocked kitchen and fun-in-the-sun beach gear like boogie boards, beach chairs, sun umbrella, beach towels, snorkelling equipment, and coolers for beer and/or groceries.
For those guests travelling with small children, we provide a crib/playpen, booster chair, stepping stool, assorted beach toys, and a baby boogie board.

Very convenient being close to downtown Kailua Kona, yet when we entered the Condo grounds, were far from the noises of tourism, and in our own haven of tropical relaxation. My sister's children live on the Island, so we would hit the beaches all day, then have a family meal at the condo for everyone most nights. Surprised and pleased to find beach supplies, a full kitchen with useful small appliances, cold fridge, nice furniture.
This VRBO more than met our expectations! Beautiful, quiet...except for the amazing crash of waves out our lanai...and located close to everything we wanted to do but far enough away that we weren't in any crowds. We couldn't have been happier! I would highly, highly recommend staying here. Great for a family too.
This trip being the second time returning back to the island for us, we were wanting to branch away from the usual hotel stay; this condo enabled us to do just that. The view is beyond words, and falling asleep to the sound of the ocean each night is magical. Perfect location for morning runs, walks/drives to local beaches and restaurants - and much more. From the beauty of Idaho to the beauty of Hawaii, we are fairly spoiled by our surroundings. Thank you for providing such an amazing home base - Mahalo.
Enjoyed the condo for the third time. We swam in the pool every morning. My son loved jumping in and floating around in the hot tub. He loved to boogie boarding at Hapuna and snorkeling at Kahalu'u nearby. Kona village was close to the condo and a favorite of mine. We will be back again. Mahalo
I recently stayed at this great condo which served as an excellent spot for part of my honeymoon on the Big Island vacation. The condo was in an ideal location for all of our activities, in a very nice neighbourhood. The unit was also very clean, and had a remarkable view of the ocean on the lanai. Everything in their description was on point. The air conditioning was highly valued during the night as the unit could get quite warm.
If you are looking for a great stay on the Big Island, I highly recommend this spot.
What a wonderful condo, it had everything that we required for 2 week stay. Our family of 4 - hubby, daughters 19 and 14 really enjoyed being in our own place. It was so easy to prepare some of our meals in the full stocked kitchen. It was also nice that there were some condiments left by previous guests that we could use, we added to the cupboards when we departed too plus left behind a boogie board for others to enjoy! The view from the lanai was perfect for seeing spinner dolphins each morning (until the tour boats chase them away) and for viewing beautiful sunsets in the evenings. Sea Village is a nice condo complex - there were some construction going on but the owner had previously warned us about it so it was no issue at all. Looking at the photos on this site really makes me miss being there. This was our home for 2 weeks and a big Mahalo for sharing it with us!
We vacationed with our 2 boys ages 9 & 6 and this condo was perfect. The lanai has the most amazing view, there was a whale with her baby that we watched most mornings and evenings. Our kids loved the pool, it was clean with plenty of beach chairs. The condo itself was updated, clean and fully stocked with all of the paraphernalia a family needs for a vacation. Sea village complex is a nice location, it was quiet but close enough to the main strip that we could walk to many restaurants for dinner. This was our first time using vrbo and we couldn't be happier with the result. Highly recommend this unit.
There's a breakfast place on site called the Green Flash cafe for your first morning on the island. There is also a tennis court on site.
