Casa Nido Nansal is a modern 3-level home, architected in concrete, wood, and stone.
Features include a saltwater heated infinity pool, one acre of paved tropical gardens and landscaped grounds, roof deck with hammocks and shade structure, three polished white cement and timber bathrooms and heated outdoor showers. Four air conditioned king bedrooms with floor to ceiling privacy curtains open onto the pool terrace.
Whether in the pool, lounging and dining inside or out, on the roof deck, or in the gardens, a wide range of options are available to you. The pool has a shallow area for children and overlooks the Sayulita surf break and surrounding hillsides. Shaded from the sun, relax around the pool on lounge recliners, day bed cushions, or at cafe table seating.

The left palapa covers dining seats for 20 and includes a mobile BBQ, while the right extends interior lounge comforts under the beautifully crafted palapa structure.
Casa Nido's walkways invite you to explore the gardens, trees and cacti in the day, while the four large platforms behind the house are perfect for yoga, meditation or relaxing in the shade. The house roof deck offers expansive ocean views, spectacular sunsets, or views of the town lights at night.
A 6-person golf cart is available for rent ( provided with two surfboards ). Outdoor parking for 5 cars or charging for 4 golf carts available for use. A private chef, staff and other in house services can be arranged (massage, accupressure). Maid services and full laundry provided.
We travel often to Sayulita and think this is one of the finest homes that can be rented there. It is very spacious, with four bedrooms and three baths on the ground floor, open plan living including two outdoor eating areas on the second floor, and a big deck on top. Plus a lovely large pool. The view is spectacular, including gorgeous sunsets and a tree full of colorful birds that visit in the afternoons. We enjoy being with family here and on our latest visit we had a great birthday party. With so much room this is a great spot for a family gathering, friends vacation or just a romantic getaway for two. The road to town is a bit steep, but being ten minutes out of town results in a more peaceful setting than homes closer to the center.
This was my first time in Sayulita, and I think I was spoiled by getting the chance to stay here. The views from the gorgeous swimming pool are fantastic, and the house is surrounded by an almost jungle-like setting with a huge variety of tropical plants and trees.
The house itself has everything you could want -- a deck facing the ocean from one side to the other, beautiful fixtures, plenty of room upstairs in a great open setting and several nice bedrooms downstairs. Getting to town is just a quick golf cart ride or a nice walk away, as is the beach. Great place all around.
What a gorgeous home set in one of the most beautiful places in the world, Sayulita.
The house has one of the most breath-taking views in which you can take in the sunset and watch the waves crash from the ocean.
The home itself has a stunning and carefully thought out modern yet authentic Mexican-style design, great for big groups and families, with a pool to cool off in when not down at the beach.
I would highly recommend Casa Nido Nanzal and would absolutely love to return to the paradise there again one day.
We had a wonderful time staying in this beautiful home. The panoramic views of the ocean are breathtaking. The house if very open and airy so we always felt close to nature. The garden in the back is a great place to relax and explore. We also loved that it was only a 10 minute walk to the beach and some great restaurants.
The ocean views and ambience of this house are serene and beautiful. It is surrounded by lush green gardens. Terrific salt water pool. We accidentally turned a knob that created a leak in the kitchen and the managers came to fix it quickly. I would love to visit and stay here again.
Our stay in Sayulita was amazing. The house is up in the hills so you can stay secluded when you want but just a short walk or golf cart ride (less than 5 min) to the main square in town. The house itself is very modern and open and has all the modern amenities but at the same time it's very true to the area and you feel like you're in the jungle with all the trees and plant life around the property. Very cool! The views are truly outstanding. There is an infinity pool overlooking the ocean, roof-top hammocks, and lots of outdoor and indoor spaces to hang out for larger groups. The town of Sayulita is a gem. Great beaches, restaurants, shopping and that authenticity and character that you won't get in the big resort areas. I also recommend taking a trip to the Marietas Islands while you're in the area. All in all, a great house and tons to do. Highly recommended!
Sayulita is a delightful Mexican coastal town. A sweet combination of the local craft, fishing and surf community mixed with European and American artisans.
