                                                              We absolutely loved this house! Randy and Ann were very gracious and accommodating. We stayed four nights over Thanksgiving with our adult children. There was plenty of space, lots of privacy for each of us and three and a half baths! We also enjoyed the outside side deck and sitting out front on St. Charles street and people watching. The trolley stops right out front (which is a little noisy, I must admit- most of their brakes could use some oil!). The neighborhood is very walkable - restaurants, coffee shops and wonderful architecture. There is no better place to stay in New Orleans than in the heart of the charming and historic Garden District. Bourbon street and Frenchman street are an easy uber ride away and it is nice to get away from that area when you aren't bar hopping. This was a great vacation. We had a very memorable and comfortable stay. Thanks for the hospitality!

                                                              Perfect location, nicely furnished, and plenty of room for us, our two adult children, and their spouses (three couples total). Off street parking for our rented SUV (only used to get to tours outside New Orleans city, otherwise we used the street car - which was great). Super nice hosts. Enjoyed Garden District home tour, steam boat tour, pub crawl ghost tour, WWII museum, French quarter, etc. etc. Adult kids agree we should come back in a year or two. Thanks!

                                                              My girlfriends and I stayed 5 nights in this elegant example of Historic Louisiana charm and architecture. We absolutely LOVED and were entirely IMPRESSED with its overall beauty and comforts!! The layout was perfect for our group - everyone had their own space, privacy and with the 3 & ½ bathrooms - there was never any wait. The furniture was beautiful, comfortable and relaxing. Although we didn't cook anything during our stay, the kitchen was fully stocked with anything we might have needed to do so. All the TVs and the Wi-Fi worked great and the air conditioning/climate control management system in the house kept everyone comfortable. Being we are all from the Pacific Northwest and not being accustomed to the extreme difference in Louisiana's weather, this was very critical for us.

                                                              The convenience of the house having its own private and secure parking area provided peace of mind in an unfamiliar area. The Street Car stop being right outside the front door of the house made for quick and easy access to the French Quarter and other surrounding attractions stress free for checking out local shops, restaurants, and other surrounding attractions.

                                                              The owners (Randy and Ann) were so very patient, kind and considerate. They helped us navigate the unfamiliar area, through all the street construction which was currently going on at the time, and straight to the house on our first night. Although it was late when we arrived, they happily provided a personal tour of the house, offered suggestions of great places to eat in the area and other historical interests in the area to visit. We were informed of amenities available for our use within the house, given clear instructions as to the expectations the house was to be left in and topped all this off with a delightful gift of some authentic Louisiana foods and little treats as well as a refrigerator stocked with beverages to enjoy during our stay ........ True Southern Hospitality at it's Best !

                                                              This truly was a great vacation, thoroughly enjoyed by all, and made even more memorable with the experience renting this house. We will definitely choose this house for all future visits to New Orleans!
