This is a Gulf Front unit with Panoramic Ocean and beach views from all rooms. It has been completely renovated from top to bottom with new kitchen, new bathrooms, new furniture, GE stainless steel appliances and LCD TVs in all room. Two Ocean facing balconies give you the view of beautiful sunrise in the morning from one balcony and awesome West Coast sunsets from the other balcony. The unit is fully equipped with all the comforts of a home. It has washer and dryer in the unit so you don't have to make trips to a laundromat. The Master Suite has a king-size bed and the guest bedroom has two full size beds (not twins). If you want a Gulf facing unit with spectacular views, fully renovated, clean and comfortable furnishings, you will not find a better place than this on Siesta Beach.

The rates are as listed, plus a 12% Florida tax. Holiday weeks 15% premium.

You are renting this condo directly from the owner and I live less than a mile on the same road. I am easy to deal with and love to help my guests in any way I can. This is big advantage over dealing with some third party rental agents. You will have my personal cell phone to be able to contact me with any questions or concerns.

Siesta Key Beach is central Sarasota's gateway to the sparkling waters of the Gulf of Mexico, an island that combines luxurious amenities with a relaxed vibe that appeals to both visitors and locals.

On the east side of this eight-mile long barrier island is Sarasota Bay and Florida's intracoastal waterway. Great Beach, Great Condo

We recently stayed for a week with our two young kids at this condo and had a great time. The condo is great. Well kept and clean with everything you need including an amazing view. It is right across from a major entrance to the beach with great play facilities for kids, showers and bathrooms for full beach day visits. We spent most of our time at the beach. The water is amazing and the sand like powder. This condo is only a mile from siesta village, which has restaurants, bars and shops. No need to leave Siesta Key at all. Harry is amazing to deal with and goes out of his way to make your stay as great as possible. I've already recommended him to friends and we will definitely be back when we can. Thanks again for a great week.

Beautiful views and easy access to Seista Beach!

This is our second year here. We love this condo. It was accommodating for my family of four and my brother who tagged along. The views of the beach and ocean are beautiful and endless. You could see out for miles being on the sixth floor and facing the gulf. Siesta Key Beach parking is across the street - so no buildings obstructing your view. We loved sitting on the balcony and enjoying the scenery. The condo is clean, sufficient, and provided plenty of room in the living room and dining area. The master bedroom is pretty roomy as well. Siesta beach is beautiful and just a short walk away. We drove, so we would keep things we wanted to take to the beach (chairs, umbrellas, etc) in our car, then load up our beach wagon and walk to the beach. Then on the way back, stop at the car, unload until the next day. There are also beach chairs and umbrellas there to use - so no need to drag all yours! Harry has been wonderful to work with and genuinely cares about his renters and property. We will be back again next year!

Perfect location!

My husband and I stayed at this condo for 7 days. Upon arrival the condo was very clean and had everything we needed for a beach vacation (beach towles, chairs, etc). The location was perfect for beach access. Siesta Key public beach is across the street from the condo, you could easily walk or take your car. Its located about 1.5miles from Siesta key restaurants and stores. We really enjoyed the condo's pool on days we didn't want to go to the beach. The views and outdoor space was absolutely perfect. We will be coming back to this location and using this condo again. 5 starts!

Needs a MAJOR cleaning and additional renovations

We chose this unit based on the description of “clean & newly renovated”. It has wonderful views & is close to the beach, but it’s in need of a major cleaning & further renovations. Upon our arrival, we took a tour. When we were done, our feet were filthy…full of dust, lint, sand, & hair. Yes, the sand is a challenge, but we have stayed at condos on the beach before & the floors were clean upon our arrival. I slept in one of the double beds with my daughter. The mattresses are in dire need of replacing & not comfortable. This unit is located right next to the road. You’re dealing with late night partiers & drag racing until the wee hours of the morning. Next time I will spend a little extra to stay on the beach, away from the road. The kitchen chairs were filthy & stained. The balcony is in need of a good power washing. Wear your shoes or get black feet. I woke up each morning with a headache & sore throat, which went away once we left for the day. You could visibly see a layer of dust EVERYWHERE. The portable fan in the guest bedroom was so filthy it looked like it was covered in fur. The bathrooms had a clean shower & toilet, but everything else was covered in a thick layer of dust. The control panel on the dryer is barely attached & slides around. The dryer temperature is way off. I used the lowest heat setting & several brand new shirts came out with excessive pilling from one wash! We were told to put all sheets & towels in the washer before we left. How can you possible clean all that in ONE load? I washed & dried the towels separately, hopefully to make it cleaner for the next guest. The vertical blinds were twisted & some were taped on. The instructions indicated “do not twist them”. Upon our arrival, & not wanting to get blamed or held responsible for how we found the blinds, I emailed Harry. He instructed me to twist them back. I just left them alone. We had to pay a $50 parking fee, but our labeled spot was taken numerous times & we went to the office. The solution was for us to park in somebody else’s spot. In summary, we will not be staying here again. It’s just not clean enough for me & it’s way too noisy. In the owner’s defense, I did not reach out to have him address the issues I’ve written about. There isn’t much he can do about the noise & it’s not like he will go out & buy new mattresses, a dryer, dining room chairs, or send a cleaning crew right over to clean and scrub what they’ve clearly neglected for a very long time.

Owner's Response: I am disappointed by your review which is not accurate and does not reflect the experience of other guests. This property has never received less than 4 stars EVER and most of the reviews give it 5 Stars. First of all I always check with my guests as soon as they check in, which is what I did with you. You did not mention any cleaning issues to me. The unit is cleaned by professional cleaners after every guest. Yes, I would have immediately sent the cleaners if you had any issue with cleaning. But you never said one word to me about any cleaning issues. The only email you sent me was regarding one of the screens to the balcony not sliding properly. I responded immediately and offered to send a maintenance person but you never got back to you. I also give my guests my cell phone number and they can call me at any time with any issues. I live less than one mile down on the same road. If somebody had parked in our dedicated spot, all you had to do was to call my cell phone and I would get that car towed away. But you never called about anything and you even mention that in your review. I go to great lengths to make my guests stay pleasant and memorable one. The other reviews reflect that. Regarding the noise issue, you stayed at my unit during the Easter break, which is one of the busiest weeks on Siesta. If you choose to go for a vacation to any beach during spring break, the noise is to be expected. Siesta Beach being consistently ranked the NO. 1 beach in US, does get a lot of people coming from all around the world to experience this beautiful beach. I am a full time resident on the same road and love the festive atmosphere during spring break. The picture you are painting of this unit is absolutely opposite of the reality and experience of other guests. I do hope that you find a place which is more up to your "standards" for your future stay. Majority of my guests are repeat guest who love this unit and come back every year. Good luck for your future vacations.
