High speed wireless internet lets you stay in touch.
The open kitchen is full stocked with everything you will need, and basic staples and cooking supplies are on hand. There is a barbeque and dining space on the patio handy to the kitchen/dining area.
The condo was recently painted, all furnishings are in excellent condition and the condo is professionally cleaned after each guest.
For pet owners: we are dog owners and know how difficult it can be to find vacation accommodations when traveling with pets, so we welcome well behaved pets (subject to an additional cleaning fee to ensure the comfort of future guests), and there is a large dog bed in front of the fire for your pet's comfort. The ground level patio door makes it easy to take your pets outside.
There is a washer and dryer in the unit for your use.
The condo is located one kilometer (with a walkable sidewalk all the way) from the village of Radium Hot Springs, which has a neighbourhood pub, several restaurants, coffee shop, gas stations, grocery store, liquor store and a few other shops. It is a short drive into the town of Invermere which offers a larger selection of dining, shops and services, as well as beaches on Lake Windermere.
The property uses keyless code locks so there is no need to coordinate picking up keys; we simply provide you with codes to self-check-in at your convenience.
We can accept credit card payments through this web site (preferred for our mutual protection!) or we can take your payment privately via PayPal or Interac e-transfer.
Radium Hot Springs and the surrounding area are a year-round paradise famous for the mineral hot springs (just minutes from the condo). In the winter, we are handy to downhill skiing/snowboarding (about 30 minutes to Panorama Resort, 60 minutes to Kicking Horse), cross country skiing, ice skating and snow shoeing. Spring to fall the area is a golfer's paradise with courses from basic to world class. The valley offers opportunities for hiking, wildlife viewing, kayaking/ canoeing and more. Nearby Lake Windermere offers beaches, swimming, boating, water-skiing.
We (Jenn & Andrew) are a professional couple living in Calgary, Alberta. We fell in love with the Columbia Valley after Andrew joined the Canadian Rockies Soaring Club based in Invermere.
Jennifer Blanchard purchased this condo in 2010
Our Radium Hot Springs vacation condo provides a welcome respite from the stresses of city life. We find that we experience an instant feeling of peace and relaxation on passing through the mountain gap into the beautiful Columbia Valley. This condo is the perfect base for exploring all the amazing outdoor recreational opportunities that the valley offers, or for simply curling up by the fire to relax with a book or a movie.
We love that there's something to do here all year round, whether we are snowboarding in the winter, hiking in the spring and fall, or kayaking and swimming in the summer.
We really enjoyed our stay at Copper Horn village. And we will definitely go back and stay there again. The condo was very comfortable, clean and welcoming. It was also tastefully decorated. It had everything we needed. We liked having the full kitchen so that we could prepare our meals. Being pet friendly was also wonderful, especially with the dog beds and water dish provided.. It was an extra special touch. I was very happy to have found such a great place to stay in Beautiful Radium.
It was a very nice place to stay for our golf weekend. Clean, well kept and affordable!! We would recommend it and will use it again.
This is a great condo to stay in. It is very nice on the inside and outside. It is quite comfortable and very clean. We really appreciated being able to bring our two little dogs as our dog babysitter was unavailable. I liked that it was one building back from HWY. It was much quieter at night for sleeping. Jennifer provided great service and really quick response time to queries. We went to the Hot Springs daily - its like 5 - 7 min. away. We would rent here again!
Lovely condo situated close to Radium centre. Jennifer was a pleasure to deal with, very prompt in responding to questions and flexible with access. The condo was well furnished including a washer and dryer. Nice ensuite on the master bedroom. Sun in the lounge / kitchen windows in the afternoon encouraged us to curl up and relax with a good book on the couch. A very relaxing week. Thank you Jennifer!
We had a wonderful time staying at your well-equipped, clean condo. Being on the ground level was perfect for our aging dog, hanging out on the patio and ease of unloading/ loading the car. The entire condo was well stocked in the kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms, laundry and even with fun Wii accessories! We skied at Panorama 2 days in the sunshine, soaked at Radium Hot Springs twice, and hit Fairmont Hot Springs on our way home. We did a couple nice walk/hikes from the Condo and rode bikes in the neighborhood. Love being able to cook and eat at the condo, we did go to the Horsethief Pub twice for dinner and had Wildfire Pizza one night. A wonderful place for a relaxing Spring Break for us, thanks so much!
