Awesome CITY VIEWS. MOUNTAIN VIEWS, 3 bedroom, 3 bath, multilevel Territorial Style in the Catalina Foothills. Best of both worlds! - magnificent desert at high elevation for city and mountain views, yet minutes from downtown, U of A, and city life. The home is private and the living space affords luxurious space with abundant privacy afforded by all the levels of living. Fabulous space for sharing in small travel groups because of the split level and many 'gathering' places both indoors and outdoors.

You are surrounded by the natural beauty of the Sonoran Desert when you're at the Pueblo house. You can have the entire 3000+ sq. ft. space to yourself or share travel time with friends. The split-level, open-spaced, high-ceiling design gives beauty and privacy even within the interior of the home. There are also multiple levels of outdoor living. Pool and BBQ area has stunning views as do the 2 balconies off of Master Bedroom Suite.

The split-level, open-spaced, high-ceiling design gives beauty and privacy even within the interior of the home. Art is abundant throughout the home. There are also multiple levels of outdoor living. Pool (unheated in winter) and BBQ area has stunning views as do the 2 balconies off of Master Bedroom Suite.

Guestbook comments from the owner

I love the quiet, serene privacy and the continuous views of the Catalina Mountains and the city below. We were within 20 minutes of everything we wanted to do while we were here. The beds are really comfortable. We went to DeGrazia's Gallery in the Sun which was a big surprise. Then we went to the theater down by the university. Our last Sunday we went up to Finger Rock on Mr. Lemon and took amazing pictures. Just loved the house. Felt like home.

CASA BLANCA

  • 5 of 5

My wife and I spent four days with friends in this beautiful home. The pictures do not do the house justice. We were especially impressed with architecture and the vast collection of Native American art. The pool is great and the neighborhood quiet. Great place to relax.

We expect to book again in the future.

A Lovely Property

  • 4 of 5

Casa Blanca is peaceful, well appointed and a great place to stay with family or friends. The special touches and creative art work is everywhere and really adds a creative touch. We enjoyed our 3 nights tremendously and everything ran smoothly. The house is very clean and the patio and view of the mountains are wonderful. The birds are colorful and fun to watch dipping into the rocks fountain pools for a sip of water. We would recommend Casa Blanca Pueblo.

Spacious southwestern pueblo style home in great location

  • 4 of 5

Loved our month in Casa Blanca with the Mexican tile floors, lots of windows, privacy for the three bedrooms, and a large comfortable living room. We'd make a fire inside on cold mornings. My husband and I had the master suite with two balconies and my sister had the lower level with two bedrooms and a private patio.Very quiet neighborhood with Sabino Canyon for hiking just 5 minutes away. Owner very helpful!

perfect for us

  • 5 of 5

We three adults rented Casa Blanca for two weeks and had a terrific time. The house is beautiful and comfortable with lots of nice touches. The location was good for us with nearby hiking, food, and biking out the front door.

Southwest foothill home

  • 5 of 5

This was a great home with artisan decor through-out. The master bedroom suite had a very comfortable bed with 2 outdoor decks, one side viewing the Catalina mountains and the other deck viewing the evening city lights. We enjoyed the large dinning area and living room with fire place as well!

Great location 1/2 to the city or mountain activities, and a Whole Food market right nearby.
