Best of both worlds! - magnificent desert at high elevation for city and mountain views, yet minutes from downtown, U of A, and city life. The home is private and the living space affords luxurious space with abundant privacy afforded by all the levels of living. Fabulous space for sharing in small travel groups because of the split level and many 'gathering' places both indoors and outdoors.
You are surrounded by the natural beauty of the Sonoran Desert when you're at the Pueblo house. You can have the entire 3000+ sq. ft. space to yourself or share travel time with friends. The split-level, open-spaced, high-ceiling design gives beauty and privacy even within the interior of the home. There are also multiple levels of outdoor living. Nicely kept property
We enjoyed our stay. The house was conveniently located in the Catalina foothills. It was clean and well-kept, there were abundant towels (both pool/hot tub and bathroom) and it was nicely appointed and supplied. Although it was cool while we were visiting so we didn't use the pool or outdoor areas a lot, they were very nicely kept and there were lots of places to sit/lounge. Overall we recommend this property. We do want to note that there are several levels with tile stairs. Our aging father was with us, and although we did not have problems, I can see that someone elderly and less spry could have issues.
Thank you very much! Nice to hear. Please come back to visit anytime.
Beautiful home close to great hiking
The house is large and beautiful with a spacious, open floor plan, beautiful southwestern decor and well equipped kitchen. The master bedroom and bath is on the upper level so has excellent privacy. The master bedroom is very large and has 2 decks - one with views south to Tucson and the other on the north side with mountain views. The neighborhood is lovely, in a natural setting and very quiet. The rolling terrain creates privacy between houses - it's not a flat subdivision. And the Adobe syle with an enclosed terrace and pool area creates privacy as well. My husband and I go to Tucson to hike and this house is close to great hiking. We hiked in Ventana Canyon, Sabino Recreation Area and Sugaro national park East - all very easily accessed from the house. The house is only 5 minutes from a shopping area with a Whole Foods and a Natural Grocers, gas station, etc. The owner is very responsive. We really enjoyed our stay and would love to return.
Thanks! Please come and visit again!
This property is beautiful!!
This property is very comfortable and lovely. Lori has maintained it very well. The surroundings are beautiful and every thing function as it should. The bathrooms were clean with cozy towels and there was a view of the Tucson area from every window. I would recommend this property to anyone without ADA needs. It is not conducive for someone who has trouble with stairs. I would and did give it 5 *****!
Thank you so much for your glowing review, we hope you will come back to visit again!
Perfect Tucson Getaway
The house is just fabulous, and the location perfect for us, as we were on a buying trip to the Gem Show. Definately would stay here again.
Pictures are awesome, but the property is pretty dated without proper upkeep. Stairs are very awkward, not even close to code, and well, just dangerous. One of my guests fell twice. Water in downstairs bathroom has a fowl smell and I hasn’t been updated sine the 70s.
Views match the pictures, very pretty.
Sorry your friend had trouble with the stairs.
We haven't had that problem before. The home was built in 1980 and remodeled completely in 2002 in traditional Mexican style and passed code inspections. We have never had any comments about the water or the stairs being dangerous. I'm sorry the rustic style did not meet your expectations.
House was exactly as advertised. Clean, Great floor plan, nice yard with pool. Would recommend to anyone!
Thanks, glad you were happy. Come visit Casa Blanca again!
You are surrounded by the vast beauty and splendor of the Sonoran Desert when you are at our home Casa Blanca Pueblo. Saguaros cluster on the horizon and in the distance. Mountains surround the range where Tucson lies. Be sure to visit the Sonoran Desert Museum, a world renowned zoo, natural history museum, and botanical garden all in one place! Visit burgeoning downtown with events and historical attractions, and ride the new modern street car. Plenty of opportunities right in and around Tucson for hiking, bicycling, camping, visiting spas, golfing, playing tennis. All the advantages of pleasures of the Southwest are close at hand while you reside in a private, peaceful, Tucson Pueblo Style home.
