This home is pet friendly with approval and a non-refundable pet fee of $400.00/pet. There is a maximum of 2 pets on the premises during any rental.

Situated in the perfect family neighborhood of Eagle-Vail, this home was remodeled in the summer and fall of 2012, and is perfect for a family or group getaway.

Eagle-Vail is located directly between the resorts of Vail and Beaver Creek, and requires only a 5-7 minute car ride to get to either resort. Eagle-Vail also features a community pool and tennis courts, golf course, and restaurants near by.

The remodel included upgraded kitchen, hardwood floors, bedrooms and bathrooms! The master bedroom has a King bed as well as a daybed with trundle. The first guest bedroom has a captain's bunk bed (queen on bottom, twin bed on top), and the second houses two twins that can also be bridged into a King bed.

Enjoy expansive views over the trout pond in the back yard or curl up on the couch in front of the roaring wood fireplace.

Whether it's for several weeks in the summer or a week long ski vacation in the winter, this home is perfect for your next Colorado vacation.

When booking this residence, you are not only attaining a beautiful home to stay in, but you are also acquiring a personal concierge for your trip. Our concierge services are second-to-none and can help arrange transportation to and from the airport, grocery delivery service, purchase lift tickets and skis for you in the winter, and tee times and white water rafting in the summer… this and so much more! Catering to your vacation needs and helping to make your stay unforgettable.

The initial deposit due at time of booking includes 50% of Lodging Rent plus 50% of Sales & Lodging Taxes plus 50% of the Booking Fee, along with 100% of the Damage Insurance Premium (a required charge). The remaining balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. Full payment is due at the time of booking for reservations made less than 60 days prior to arrival.

In addition to the nightly rate, the taxes and fees on this home are as follows:

Cancellations that occur more than 60 days prior to arrival are subject to a full refund of any deposits held, less the amount of one night’s rent, the damage insurance, and any booking fees.

Any deposits held on reservations that are cancelled within 60 days of arrival will be forfeited by the Tenant.

Smoking is not permitted in any of our rental properties. Violation of this policy will result in additional cleaning charges at the discretion of Triumph Mountain Properties (TMP).

Unless otherwise stipulated, pets are not allowed in any of our rental properties. Triumph Mountain Properties will require the immediate removal of any unauthorized pets from the property. Tenant is responsible for the costs associated with boarding an unauthorized pet and for any cleaning charges associated with returning the property to a pet allergy-free environment at the discretion of TMP.

All of our rental properties are in private, residential neighborhoods or condominium complexes. Out of respect for our neighbors, large social events/gatherings (i.e. ceremonies, weddings, receptions) at any of our rental properties are prohibited unless prior arrangements have been discussed and confirmed through our office. We appreciate your understanding.

Moving of furniture in our homes is not allowed. Upon check-out if we find furniture moved around the cost of time to move pieces back to their rightful place will be on the rental guest. Also, any scratches or damages caused by moving furniture is not covered under the damage insurance, and the cost will be on the guest.

Check-in time is 4:00 PM local time.

Check-out time is 10:00 AM local time.

The Trout Pond home has a maximum occupancy of 7. This maximum occupancy is based on the number of people that can sleep in the existing bedding. We do not permit the use of sofas, air mattresses, roll away beds, sleeping bags or any other type of temporary bedding, with the exception of cribs and pack n' plays for very young children.

Serving as a reservationist for the Trout Pond home, I am meticulous in my constant effort to provide the home owner, and rental guest of this beautiful property the services necessary to make their visit here as memorable as possible. Triumph Mountain Properties has been enhancing the travel experience for all of our guests since 2011 by providing beautiful and luxurious homes as well as personalizing each trip through our management and concierge teams.

I continue to love Eagle-Vail more every day. It is a fantastic neighborhood filled with friendly families and locals, quiet at night, and the home has upgrades throughout. The wood-burning fire place adds to the cozy atmosphere, especially in the winter, and the large kitchen is a great space to gather, swap stories, and enjoy a wonderful meal after a long day of adventure. Just two miles from Beaver Creek and 8 miles from Vail the hardest decision each day is which mountain to explore!

What makes this house unique

When staying here Triumph gives you access to the Vail Vitality Center in Vail, so it's a huge bonus to be able to access their gym, yoga classes, and spa. Also, being located between both Beaver Creek and Vail, and having one ski pass work for both mountains almost helps squeeze two vacations into one having easy access to both!
