Located next to the Sebastian Hotel, this condo is a short 3 blocks from Gondola 1 in Vail Village and 4 blocks from chair 6 at Golden Peak. The location gives you access to the pedestrian streets of Vail right out your back door, yet is just off the main street and bus route giving you access without all of the noise.
2 Queen beds in the master bedroom and 2 Double beds in the second bedroom make this an ideal condo for a family or group of friends.
The living room features a flat screen TV and cozy wood burning fireplace, while the kitchen has all of the supplies and appliances you need to cook a great meal. The dining room table easily seats 6 people, and there is a breakfast bar for 3.
Inside the complex, you'll find a large hot tub, sauna and steam room. If the kids like to go swimming, guests staying at Village Inn Plaza have access to the year-round heated swimming pool at the Sebastian next door.

The initial deposit due at time of booking includes 50% of Lodging Rent plus 50% of Sales & Lodging Taxes plus 50% of the Booking Fee, along with 100% of the Damage Insurance Premium (a required charge). The remaining balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. Full payment is due at the time of booking for reservations made less than 60 days prior to arrival.

Cancellations that occur more than 60 days prior to arrival are subject to a full refund of any deposits held, less the amount of one night’s rent, the damage insurance, and any booking fees. Any deposits held on reservations that are cancelled within 60 days of arrival will be forfeited by the Tenant.
Smoking is not permitted in any of our rental properties. Violation of this policy will result in additional cleaning charges at the discretion of Triumph Mountain Properties (TMP).
Unless otherwise stipulated, pets are not allowed in any of our rental properties. Triumph Mountain Properties will require the immediate removal of any unauthorized pets from the property. Tenant is responsible for the costs associated with boarding an unauthorized pet and for any cleaning charges associated with returning the property to a pet allergy-free environment at the discretion of TMP.
All of our rental properties are in private, residential neighborhoods or condominium complexes. Out of respect for our neighbors, large social events/gatherings (i.e. ceremonies, weddings, receptions) at any of our rental properties are prohibited unless prior arrangements have been discussed and confirmed through our office. We appreciate your understanding.
Moving of furniture in our homes is not allowed. Upon check-out if we find furniture moved around the cost of time to move pieces back to their rightful place will be on the rental guest. Also, any scratches or damages caused by moving furniture is not covered under the damage insurance, and the cost will be on the guest.
Check-in time is 4:00 PM local time.
Check-out time is 10:00 AM local time.
This Village Inn Condo has a maximum occupancy of 6. This maximum occupancy is based on the number of people that can sleep in the existing bedding. We do not permit the use of sofas, air mattresses, roll away beds, sleeping bags or any other type of temporary bedding, with the exception of cribs and pack n' plays for very young children.
Serving as a reservationist for the condo, I am meticulous in my constant effort to provide the home owner, and rental guest of this beautiful property the services necessary to make their visit here as memorable as possible. The location of this property cannot be beat. It is within walking distance to the slopes, restaurants, shopping, and nightlife, it has underground parking, and gym access is just a stone's throw away. Also, the home has a lot of history and warmth, and you can feel it when you walk through the door. A larger gathering area with wood-burning fireplace, and plenty of sleeping space helps make guests truly feel comfortable while staying here and hiking or skiing some of the most beautiful terrain in the world.
The underground parking and access to the pool and hot tub at the neighboring Sebastian is a huge bonus. Washer/dryer on site is a plus, and Triumph providing all guests with complimentary access to the Vail Vitality Center helps tremendously to help soak and massage those sore muscles after a long day!
Our family of four has just enjoyed a week in this condo. Excellent location right in the village. We used Venture Base Camp to hire our skis and they stored our daytime boots so it was really convenient. The condo is nicely furnished although needed more than the 2 wine glasses we found in the cupboard! Window blinds let in more light than ideal for sleeping but otherwise this place was great and Triumph were excellent to deal with.
We had a wonderful time in vail village and found our 2 bedroom condo wonderfully spacious, comfortable and great location. While a bit of a walk in ski boots to gondola, it was simple to rent a locker and ony do that Walk once! Hot tub, restaurants and bars can't be more convenient and we sampled them all. especially loved working with the staff at Triumph and consider them to be friends!
