Now that you have looked at all of the other condo's for rent, why not rent from the BEST one around! We have a unit for rent in Bldg E-a 2 bedroom/2 bath large unit with approximately 1,300 SF and it has been completely updated and remodeled. This unit has approximately 250 SF more than the standard 2 bedroom units at the Dunes. It also has all new appliances including washer and dryer. This is a brand new split bedroom unit in a gated family oriented gulf/beach front property. The master bedroom and the family room both open onto a large gulf front balcony where you can enjoy watching the dolphins during the day and the sunsets at night.

This unit is in the newest building of the Dunes of Panama, the 'E' building, which includes an exercise room for adults and a deli/c-store for the entire family to enjoy.

We have 3 other condo's at The Dunes of Panama in Bldg E and Bldg D and they are also available for rentals. Check out their VRBO ad #162123, # 334897 & #405969. The first unit is E-204, VRBO # 162123, and it is a 2 bedroom/2 bath large unit with nearly 1,300 SF and sleeps 8. The second is unit D-503, VRBO #334897, and it is a 2 bedroom/2 bath unit with 1,050 SF that sleeps 8. The third unit D-1006, VRBO #405969, and it is a 2 bedroom/2 bath with 1,200 SF that sleeps 8. If you would prefer a larger condo or would like to book 4 units from one owner then you found the right person. No matter how large your group or your price range we have a condo to fit.

The property has over 1,500 feet of private beach, 3 pools to enjoy with 1 being heated in the off season. Come play volleyball on the beach or shuffle board poolside. There is also lighted tennis courts, pool side gazebo to get out of the sun, outdoor grilling areas and a clubhouse to enjoy. We want our Panama City condo to feel like your home away from home, only better!

Loved this condo! Very nice with easy access to beach. Rental chairs available just a few feet from walkway to the beach. Cleanest pool I've ever seen. Owner very easy to work with. Will definitely be staying here again!!

I would highly recommend this condo. I like that it has leather seating so it can be cleaned. Other condos we have stayed in at the dunes of panama mostly have carpet which is not clean and cloth furniture, which feels very dirty. I like the tile floors because it cleaner. One thing is, I think it's over priced. I would have liked to have stayed longer, but after 5 days, I could not afford it.

wonderful!

We spent almost a week at this condo and fully enjoyed our stay, there was plenty of room for the 7 of us and loved the large balcony. Our grandchildren enjoyed the pool and the snack bar with the ice cream!!!! The unit was right at the pool and easy access to the beach. Could not have asked for a better communication with the owner - he was quick to respond to our request for rental and checked on us during our stay and thanked us again for staying at his unit.

If final payment is split between 2 credit cards/guest then I charge a $25 processing fee for this. I also require a $200 refundable deposit and a $50 reservation fee to hold the unit in your name.
