Loving Life, family & friends
We visted Pine Moutain for our annual Christmas Family vacation. The cabin was very well maitained with plenty of room for a large family. Comfortable beds in all 4 bedrooms with extra chairs & folding tables to host a large family. Enjoyed every moment of our stay. Looking forward to retern for future family events. Appreciate Sean & Anna.
The ownwer sean is so hard to communicate with. He is low and rude. For example, he responed with "how come" without sorry rigth after I called him telling him that one of bedroom is locked. And he kept mumbling with "which room""where" "how come" for few minutes. Finally the maintaince lady come to open the room for us. One more example, the kitchen sink starts to leak so badlly. I texted him with pictures. He does not repond. Then I called his cell using the phone in the house. He told me he never received any pictures. He lies again. Then I explained what happend. He said his kitchen does not have the garbage disposal. Then I turned on the disposal. Can you image what he said? Oh, don't use it, just put a bowl underneath. Please don't use any of his cooking wares. I told him it is up to him to fix or not. He said it is hard to find someone during the weekend. The thing is the leakage should be there for a long time. You can take a look at the picture here. Anyway, one maintainance guy came that late evening to fix the problem. I will rate a zero if there is such option. Avoid this cabin if you want a pleasean vocation. plus, all shower runs slowly to make people feel like in another country. the frigerator is dirty too.
Great spacious cabin. Neighbors are great never got a complaint for being loud and playing music. Overall great experience!
We recently spent our Christmas holiday in the Pine Mountain Club community. The Quail Run house is absolutely beautiful. The pictures are exactly how it looks. There is a lot of room - high ceilings and lots of space in the living rooms. The playroom downstairs with the pool table is a total bonus. The fireplace upstairs in the living room was non-operational, so if you are counting on that, check with the owners to make sure it is working. The master bedroom upstairs has actually too much space that isn't really functional. Perhaps a TV with a little sitting area in that bedroom would be useful. I had the pleasure of meeting one of the owners and he was wonderful. The kitchen was well equipped and had everything we needed. The TV was ok, but not all that many channels were available. The DVD player was not able to play mp4's, so only some of our videos were usable. We had NO cell phone service at the cabin, but we were able to use the house phone to talk to family. This is an amazing house. The road is relatively quiet as it is not a through-road. The little town is cute, but expensive. But, the grocery in Frasier Park (9 miles back towards I-5) had everything one could want/need. You will need to take your garbage to the "dump" and if you recycle, you have to do the sorting. Overall, this was just the right kind of place for us - quiet, comfortable and beautiful. We even had a little snow storm on Christmas eve. We couldn't have asked for anything more. Thank you Anna and Sean - we really appreciate you having us at your home.
I rented this house with a large group to get away for the weekend and we all had a great time. The house is luxurious and spacious and it's in a very nice area. We spent most of the time on the deck while the kids enjoyed the game room downstairs. We have rented several homes over the years but this was by far the cleanest. Anna and Sean are very nice and friendly and we plan on coming back in the near future.
We had an amazing time at the property! Anna and Sean were beyond kind and tried very hard to accommodate us in every way they could. The house was beautiful with enough space to fit 20 of us comfortably, and the location is easy to get to which is a huge bonus. I would recommend this property to anyone and hope to come back in the future!
