Located Directly On Cresent Beach, Just Steps From The Pool

Recently renovated to include open concept living with a brand new Gourmet Kitchen and island. Granite counter tops, high ceilings and stainless steel appliances (including super quiet Bosch dishwasher and french door refrigerator with two ice-makers).Removed and replaced all forty year old Duct-work with brand new Flex Duct-work for improved air quality. This unit includes a large balcony with access from the living room and the master bedroom. Unit 507 is located on the top floor of El Presidente offering breathtaking gulf views. Mirrors from floor to ceiling in the living room and dining area, so you can see the beach from almost anywhere in the unit. Full size washer and dryer are also included in the unit.

We also have a booster car seat in the unit.

We first stayed at El Presidente back in 2003 and fell in love with Siesta Key. We looked at many properties before purchasing this unit, but were always drawn back to El Presidente. There’s just something about this property and Siesta Key that made us feel at home.

What makes this condo unique

We love El Presidente because of its proximity to the beach. No roads to cross just walk out your door onto the pool or onto the beach. The views from our unit are amazing! Also, it's less than 2-hour drive to Walt Disney World and an hour or less to the attractions that surround Tampa. Easy airport access to one of three airports, Sarasota-Bradenton, Tampa International or Fort Meyers.

Beautiful Condo

We loved staying in this condo for our family beach vacation. The condo is fully updated and has umbrellas, tennis rackets, etc. The front office was helpful and let us borrow tennis balls. The location is ideal. Loved that beach chairs were free on beach and you can use unitl sunset.The trolley service was free and so convenient. Hope they continue this service in Siesta Key. Will definitely visit again.

Facility & Condo is great, Beach restrictions unnecessary and unfair

We have been annual SK vacationers for 10+ years and have stayed at El Presidente several times. We love the complex and this specific condo. However, we were very disappointed with the new rule that Tents must be far back away from water while large umbrellas are free to setup in front. This resulted in a very obstructed view of the water. It is my understanding this is an El Presidente owners association decision and is still in effect as of now; May 2017. Candidly, this will be our last year staying here given the unfair beach access rules. Tents vs Umbrellas...really, what is the difference. Owners should be aware of this impacting their rentals.

We made it!

We were heading down at the time when "Matthew" was also heading in. We were concerned if our trip would occur. Fortunately, all went off without issue and so glad it did!

What an amazing unit this was! Not only was it clean, beautifully decorated, but equip with anything and everything we could have possibly needed.

Charlie was very easy to work with and we look forward to having an opportunity to stay in this unit again. (Glad the sliders are getting replaced, we got quite a workout from those).

Enjoyed cheering on our Buckeye's at Capt Curts! Easy walk there.

Beautiful condo, family friendly, and great location! We couldn't have asked for anything more for our first family visit to Siesta Key. The condo is full of amenities and beautifully appointed. We hope to be back soon!
