Please don't confuse our apartment as a cheaply furnished 'only to let' property!! it is our second home & furnished accordingly. There are 2 large pools available set in beautiful 'award winning' landscaped gardens. The lounge is beautifully furnished with LCD TV & DVD/sky f/view UK channels. There are 2 large leather sofas and a dining table to seat 8. The open plan kitchen is superbly appointed, from a Gaggia coffee machine to V&B wine glasses, together with all the quality appliances you would expect. Patio doors lead to the large terrace which over looks the pool, Alfresco dining & variety of places to relax from the Morrocan day bed, rattan sofa's & Gas BBQ.

Super Relaxing Home In Majestic Hills near Estapona, Casares & Duquesa
There's so much that's great about Sam & Tonys home in Majestic Hills on the Costa Del Sol. But above all we loved the relaxing ambience of the place. We stayed for 16 nights in July/Aug and literally got everything we wanted from the stay.
Tony or Sam have a very attentive approach and were happy to answer any questions over the phone which made me feel welcome and secure about the booking.
We rented a car from Malaga which I would say is needed here as you must explore. The drive along the coast road from the airport was very easy, you can't really go wrong. We were met by the manager who let us in the gated community, showed us around and helped us settle in.
There's already plenty of reviews here detailing how the apartment is well equipped and I have to agree, so nothing more to add there apart from mentioning the bonus of a tv system with English Sky channels and many movies that are pay to rent on Sky!
We spent our days exploring the many things to see and do here, followed by afternoons and early evenings lounging by the fantastic pool which was clean and never busy in peak season... No Sunbed Issues! We have three kids, and if we weren't in the pool area we could see them from the apartment and they could see us, this was a massive plus point and so relaxing.
Some evenings we had a self-catered meal or bbq overlooking the pool. Other evenings we would go out to one of the great restaurants in the area. La Choza was our favourite which is within walking distance.
There is a nice beach here also within walking distance, the apartment beach umbrellas came in handy. We visited some other beaches in the car, our favourites were Sotogrande and Estepona. Both of these places also have nice markets, Estepona on Wednesday and the more upmarket Sotogrande on Sunday (plus some evening markets there).
We had a great day trip to Gibralter and we visited the old whitewashed village of Casares which is said to be the most photographed place in Spain. It's very easy to drive around along this stretch of coast so we also drove to Puerto Banus to see how the rich live ;-) and from there we took the Catamaran ferry across to Marbella for the beach and some lunch, the children loved the ferry which was around 25 minutes each way.
We also loved our visit to the stunning mountain village of Mijas which we did on the way back to Malaga on our last day, a great way to finish the holiday.
A lovely, small development in a quiet area but easily accessible just a minute off the coast road. Lovely apartment set in lovely landscaped gardens. The apartment has everything you could need, but take your own beach towels. We cooked in every other night - the kitchen is well set up.
Outside, two very good pools to choose from, both with plenty of sunloungers available.
Self-catering is easy - Lidl is about less then 5 minutes drive. A bigger Carrefour not far away in Estepona.
Good restaurants are also close by. The nearest, a very good beach bar. Lots of good choice in nearby Sabinillas and the Duquesa Port, which is quite lively.
The beach is walking distance but the hill on a hot afternoon would be a drag - we cheated and dropped the teenagers off at the beach and then collected them when they called!
Amazing property - fanstatic relaxing holiday
Lovely property in Majestic Hills. Really well equipped with everything you need plus having English TV (even full sky channels sky sports etc) is a bonus. There are two pools on the site both of which we had to ourselves during our entire stay.
The beach and local restaurants are not far (0.5 miles) but if you have little ones (under 4s) you may struggle to walk there and back due to the hills (we had to get a taxi back). The local beach is lovely and up the road in Estapona there is a beach called El Cristo which is amazing, would definitely recommend checking that out. Its set into a bay so it is calm and great for children.
Sam and Tony are amazing hosts. They respond really quickly to any queries and really go that extra mile to make sure you have everything you need and give you great little tips as of where to go. They are happy to answer any question you have no matter how small which really goes a long way to making you feel at ease. I would definitely recommend this apartment. We had a fantastic family holiday here.

This place is 5 star accommodation, everything you could want from fabulous terrace over looking the pool to the bean to cup coffe machine. Great stay and can't wait to return. Thanj you from the whole family and additional guests.
A wonderful stay in a fabulous apartment
We stayed in the apartment in May 2018 and had a great time
The apartment is very well furnished and equipped with top quality equipment and fittings . The complex is extremely well maintained with lovely gardens and two great pools, whilst we were staying it was extremely quiet with plenty of sun beds always available The apartment has great outside space overlooking the pool - which is perfect if you have children staying.
It is a 20 minute walk to the beach and an excellent (hard) cycle ride upto the local village Casares. A car would be essential although taxis are plentiful and quick to arrive albeit it would be expensive if you had to use them every day.
The owners were extremely helpful and responsive
All in all a 5 star experience in a 5 star property.

Brilliant apartment, well appointed, comfortable and stylish. Outside space is exceptional. Very relaxing setting. Facilities, including the pool area are fantastic. Shame the walk to the beach and nearby bars is just too far. Very attentive and considerate owners and back up service. Overall, fantastic value for money. Excellent accommodation which makes a great base for the area. Thoroughly recommended.
Situated just off the Casares road which boasts arguably the three best restaurants in the area, only 800m from the beach (with its own restaurant) and a short drive (3km) from the port of Duquesa. The area is home to the most prestigious golf courses on the Costa Del Sol, namely Valderrama, San Roque and only a 5 minute stroll to the new home of the Volvo 'World Match Play' Finca Cortasin G&CC which attracts Europe's biggest stars. Nestled between two clean blue flag beaches the Marina of Duqessa boasts a wide choice of amenities including a supermarket, bank, butcher and a wide choice of affordable, top class restaurants including Chinese, Thai, Italian, English and not forgetting Spanish cuisine. It has many boutiques and numerous bars. Across from the Marina is situated Duquesa G&CC which has fantastic facilities, Tennis Squash Gym etc. All in all Duquesa is the kind of place to unwind and have fun. Come and see for yourself why Duqessa really is Spain's best kept secret.

Discount available 3 week + winter bookings. We are happy to to take booking payments via personal bank transfer or pay-pal with 25% deposit on booking (returnable up to 12 weeks prior to departure) then the remainder 12 weeks before travel. You will be sent an invoice via the site system. If the booking is made with less than 12 weeks to travel then the full balance is payable on booking. We always ask for a small deposit £150 (again held in the site account not ours) which is returned at the end of your holiday subject to the inventory check. Accidents do happen (human nature) however if anything does happen to break, don't worry, just let us know so we can replace it for our future guests. Once payment is received in full I will send you an information pack. This contains information on directions, keys, security codes and all that you will need to know in order for you to have a relaxing time when you arrive. Please note a cleaning fee is applicable, details of which will be sent through on your enquiry. We are happy to take long weekend & mid week booking (min 2 nights) on a prorated basis.
