The all cedar great room has a vaulted ceiling with comforting furniture, fireplace, large screen HDTV, Bose surround sound and uninterrupted views that leads to its own large deck looking southeast. The gourmet kitchen has Viking, Bosch, Miele and Subzero appliances. The imported granite countertops and sitting area lends itself to gourmet or casual cooking.
From the great room enter a stunning sunroom with fireplace, sitting and dining areas. Outside you will find a built-in infrared barbeque, separate outside sitting area, spacious hot tub (could be unavailable in late fall and winter) and outdoor speakers. Enjoy 240 feet of private beach while gathering around an evening fire in the fire pit surrounded by natural log benches.
The large master bedroom has a separate deck looking Northwest to the ferry terminal and Spencer’s Landing Marina.
Downstairs is a guest bedroom and a separate office area with a Murphy bed. (Wireless High Speed internet throughout).
Relax in our knotty pine loft with separate TV for DVD Movie watching while overlooking the eastern San Juan’s.
The home is wonderful for one or two couples to enjoy a special vacation in the San Juan’s. We will do everything possible to make your experience extra special.

As a pilot flying out of Whidbey Naval Air Station, I was continually taken back by the remarkable beauty of the San Juans from the air. We found this exceptional property and built our vacation home and have loved it ever since.
We believe you will find this an exceptional vacation value. The setting is very private with outstanding views. Deer come through our property nightly and bird life is abundant. Eagles often are seen on our beach.

My wife and I stayed there over Christmas break with another couple friend and our 10 month old daughter. The house is not only prettier than even the pictures suggest, the view and the private beach are hauntingly beautiful. We had a wonderful time there. Dealing with John (the owner) and the property manager and housekeeper was very easy and they were very responsive to all our little questions and doubts. I would gladly stay here again.

Upon arrival our host Alan walked us through all the amenities the house has to offer as well as giving us ideas on exploring Lopez. The owners have excellent taste in craftsmanship, art work and books. The TV and sound system rivals any movie theater and the hot tub outside was just what the doctor ordered. The beach out front was fun to explore and the well stocked fire pit outside was warm while we gazed at the stars.
This house is perfect for 2 people or a large family. I would recommend this home to all who consider Lopez Island.
This home is beautiful, welcoming, and cozy. The views are amazing--when you stand in the master doorway, you can see Swifts Bay to the east, and Shoal Bay to the west. Absolutely breathtaking.
The location is perfect, too. The village is a short drive and the shellfish farm and marina are just steps away. Every road on the island surrounds you in peace and beauty. We loved it!
The location is relaxing & quiet yet close to the Village for supplies. The view is outstanding. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this home. Everything you need & more. Beds were super comfortable. Easy access for our elderly aunt. Crabbing was excellent. Neighbors were friendly & helpful. We hope to be able to stay there again
