We are 110% satisfied with this rental. This was our first rental, so we did not know what to expect. The owners did a great job with this home. Everything was high quality. Thank you, we really enjoyed ourselves!

We were also very happy w/ the management company. They were very professional, welcoming and responsive while giving us our privacy. Thank you very much! The home was spotless, air conditioning was on, and all the little amenities like soap/paper towels/napkins were there. Of course, this is there to hold you over until you can go to super market. There is a reference book in the kitchen. Definitely, read that. It tells you about the house and the area.

The inside: This home is bigger than we expected. The place is 2,400 sq ft and very spacious: 3 bedrooms, dining room, sun room, media room, sitting room. I had all the amenities that I am used to at home, like: Blu Ray player, flat screen, Xfinity Cable. The kitchen is very nice with all new appliances. The bathrooms had very expensive tile and mosaic walls. A big plus was the laundry in the garage. It's a tasteful home.

There are 3 bedrooms, each with a queen bed. This setup is geared more towards adult couples or two small families. I think this place is ideal for three couples or two small families (like ours), who have one or two kids each. We were four adults and two toddlers.

The outside: The pool is very nice and there is a large lounge area in the back with lots of lounge chairs. They have two floating, lounge chairs for the pool. I thought the landscaping was very nice and added to our relaxation. It's a very quiet neighborhood and private. We used and liked the outdoor grill.

The area: The town is Wilton Manner. I liked this town b/c it was quiet and safe. We did not venture out to eat b/c we have small children and it was easier to eat at home. The beach is about a 10-15 minute drive, depending on the traffic.

To put everything in perspective, we're not difficult, but we are picky. This home exceeded our standards. Another big plus is that it's someone's vacation home. I like this concept. We looked at a few other homes, and you got the feeling the owner was moving out for a week. I think that's too much pressure to stay at a person's primary residence. We're responsible adults, but don't want the pressure of dealing with a person that's going to chew you out b/c you broke their coffee maker.

owners mark and tommy were great to work with and property manager jimmy was wonderful. this is a great property for those looking to be in the fort lauderdale area and its near everything. everything we needed was on site, the heated pool was awesome and the media room was a great place to watch movies after long days. the place is huge.

Amazing house!!!

We were absolutly speechless when we walked into the really is bigger then you can tell from the photos,there is everything you need and more...great neighborhood, delicious sushi Restaurants within walking distance...perfect communication between the owner,property Manager and me.they were extremly nice and very helpful anytime i needed them...we loved every minute of our vacation and we will be back for sure!!!

The BEST family vacation!!

Our family had the most amazing vacation at this -our first!- vacation home rental. The house was lovely and very comfortable for us and our three daughters, ages 10, 12 and 24. We had birthday celebrations with extended family from the Fort Lauderdale area, grilled and thoroughly enjoyed the pool. Mark and Tommy provided a lovely cool respite from the heat with pool toys, a thousand cable channels and space for everyone to spread out. Every kitchen implement and appliance thinkable are in the gorgeous kitchen. Thank you to those who left behind kitchen staples. We left behind a bottle of tabasco sauce and hope the next group enjoys it! If you don't want to spend time in the kitchen there are a number of charming places to eat just 3-4 blocks away. The bar has been set very high for future vacations! We cannot wait to return.

Even better than we expected!!

This rental house provided every amenity and made our stay in Fort Lauderdale a delight. A quiet neighborhood close to the beach, Las Olas Blvd, I95 and I595. The pool area was beautiful. We were able to host family dinners and there was lots of room for us (5 adults) to spread out and have quiet time.

The “Island City” of Wilton Manors derives its “Island City” name from the fact that it is bordered by the North and the South forks of the Middle River.

One of its jewels is the Richardson Historic Park and Nature Preserve. It has everything a good park should have - quiet green space, lovely trees, a natural nature surrounding, a historic building, plenty of parking, an observation walk and pier, a boat dock, a superb location, and it provides a variety of recreation not only for individuals but for community functions as well. Park visitors can enjoy nature walks, bird watching, picnics, fishing, canoeing, kayaking, crabbing, and other leisure activities. The park is a 2-minute walk down the street from the villa. We recommend renting a kayak, available right at the park, and exploring the river and all of the wonderful neighborhoods through which it meanders. You are sure to spot iguanas, whooping cranes, egrets, pelicans, and in all likelihood, manatees. Great stuff.
