This pristine, spacious 1700 sf home is located in a safe, walkable residential neighborhood a mere 2.5 miles from the french quarter, 2.7 miles from Bourbon St., 1 mile from City Park, 3.5 miles from the superdome, 6.4 miles from the Convention Center, and is just 1 mile from the fairgrounds (jazzfest venue). Start your morning with locally grown citrus (from the tree in your yard!). Park 2 or more vehicles in the fenced in private drive. Relax or barbecue (charcoal) in the patio area which includes patio furniture and barbecue grills.

Cute house just a few issues

House was cute but we had an issue with a few things. The shower door fell off which resulted in 6 girls taking showers in one bathroom. We rented the house so that we wouldn't have to eat out as much but there was only 1 pot and 1 pan to try to cook a meal with and if you wanted steaks or anything that you would need a steak knife for forget it. Our last night there the roads flooded which resulted in not being able to take showers due to flooding

Nice quiet place!

We loved our stay here! Nice quiet street and fit our family just perfect. A relatively short drive to get to the superdome or burbon st. and Jackson square. The kitchen area is a little tight when there's multiple people in that area but with a large family I'm used to that... we thoroughly enjoyed the home and had no major issues or complaints.

We were more in the hood than I expected the home was ok. The yard was not kid friendly.
