Spacious, high standard finish detached house. Ground floor comprises spacious entrance hall, large sitting room with wood burning stove for those chilly evenings in late summer. Kitchen/dining area is large and impressive with seating accommodation for 6 people. A patio door leads from kitchen to patio area at the rear of the house with garden furniture. Upstairs are 3 bedrooms all wooden floors. Twin room has jacuzzi bath en-suite. King size bed in room 2 also has power shower en-suite. Master bedroom has private balcony overlooking Kenmare Golf Course with beautiful views of the surrounding landscape. Power shower en-suite also. The landing area upstairs has panoramic window highlighting the beautiful view from the house. Property is within 5minutes walk of Kenmare town and has convenience store and petrol station nearby.

Great base for exploring Kenmare

The accommodations are comfortable, spacious and very welcoming. Our party of 5 felt like everyone had enough room, privacy and creature comforts. We had no problem walking into town for dinner, and the house is well located to use as a base for exploring County Kerry. We did not find any internet access to be available - maybe we missed something?

Kenmare is one of Kerrys most stylish towns with lots to offer.Prime location for exploring the Wild Atlantic Way, the Ring of Kerry and Killarney National Park. Golf on your doorstep, horse riding, fishing, hill and road walks, cycling, world class restaurants and good night life will not leave your disappointed. Killarney National Park is a 30 minute drive from our property. Dingle and Beara Peninsulas await to be explored with stunning scenery. the Ring of Kerry, is a scenic drive through the most breath taking landscapes. Kenmare offers water sports as well as Seafari trips on Kenmare Bay. A leisure centre and swimming pool are available locally. Kenmare is a designated Heritage Town with lots of historic sites within walking distance and accessible by short car journeys. Kenmare is a pretty seaside town on the shores of Kenmare Bay and is one of natures most unspoilt environments in Europe.

Golf: Greenview is situated overlooking the 2nd green of picturesque Kenmare Golf Course. This 18 hole course is set amongst stunning scenery. Nearby is the Ring of Kerry Golf and Country Club, within 5 mins drive of property, also 18 holes and unrivaled for breathtaking local landscape. Choice of various different courses in Killarney are all 20 mins drive from us , as well as the prestigious Waterville Golf Course which is approx 1 hour by car.
