I am from Calgary but currently live and sell Real Estate in Arizona. This is my Summer Home when I am back in Calgary to visit my family. I bought this home many years ago and have totally renovated it. Beautiful Backyard. The Furniture I brought up from Arizona...so it has a SW feel to it. Hope you like it as much as I do.

The Downtown Core & Stampede is a 10 minute walk.
The Calgary Zoo (New Penguins), Fish Hatchery, Bird Sanctuary, Calgary Fringe Festival or Sunfest is just a 5 minute walk.
Calgary Airport - 15 minutes and Telus Science Centre - 10 minutes
University of Calgary - 13 minutes.
Banff (ski, hike, climb, kayak, hot springs) – 1 ½ Hour West on the TransCanada.
How about dinner at one of Inglewood’s 25 Restaurants, Cafes and Pubs, followed by a show at one of Inglewood's 8 live Music Venues. There are more live music venues in Inglewood than any other one neighbourhood in Alberta!
No need to rent a vehicle!! Cannot be more convenient!

Such a great place to stay in this trendy, upcoming area in Calgary Alberta! Beautiful quant house with loads of room, owner was amazing to deal with, very accomadating and helpful, clean and tidy, I have not one bad thing to say, would recommend this place to anyone looking for a place to stay while in Calgary, 100% better than any hotel!
I had the pleasure of staying here on my way to BC. It surpassed my greatest expectations. The location of this home is perfect, especially, for those who love to walk. There are lots of picturesque and interesting hiking trails and you can even walk to downtown Calgary. Also, it is just a short 5-10 minute walk to the many unique boutiques and wonderful restaurants in this Inglewood area. When you open the front door, you are immediately drawn into this warm and cozy home. The kitchen is spacious and very well stocked! There is a large bedroom and full bath on the main level and downstairs could be an apartment on its own, with another bedroom, full bath and a den. There are three large TV's with loads of HD channels for your viewing pleasure. The washer and dryer on the lower level completes the picture of a perfect place to stay. There is a large deck off the dining room, where you can sit in the morning with your coffee or have a glass of wine in the evening. Truly, it is as comfortable as your own home and I would definitely return.
It was special staying at this home in Inglewood. It is charming, comfortable, clean and safe - functional, too, with complete living quarters both up and down.
We enjoyed our walks along the nearby Bow River and 9th Avenue Shops which we followed one morning to downtown Calgary for shopping at upscale shops with ever-so friendly clerks.
I’ll always remember our special breakfasts at Bite’s and dinners at Joey Eau Claire’s, Cilantro’s and Embarkedaro Wine and Oyster Bar. All within walking distance.
Inglewood and Calgary are lovely, as is your home in historic Inglewood. Thanks for making your home available to us. You’re the best!
PS Whatever you need this home has it all from stone flooring to all your cooking needs. Love staying in a private home with a nice yard and garage
We lived here for three months while awaiting our condo to be finished. While here I fell in love with Inglewood and it's cute shops. This house is a walking distance to 9th that has some great places to shop and eat. Downtown is also a 10 min drive. This place is cozy and warm and has everything you need to feel at home.
