About Kevin

Hi! I have been a world traveler since my Peace Corps parents got me a passport at age 4 so I love having guests in my home from Oregon and from around the world!

Why Kevin chose Old Bend

The unit has so much charm and warmth to it that you can't help but feel welcome and at ease. Plus it's just 15 minute walk to downtown, and a 20 minute walk to the Old Mill District and Amphitheater.

What makes this cottage unique

The soaring ceiling, private cozy bedrooms, and custom tile bathroom make this a stylish and comfortable place to stay for any event or visit. Everyone loves it for the easy walking to shops and restaurants, proximity to local breweries, and quick access to the mountain.

Guestbook comments from the owner

We had a wonderful time at your vacation house. It is so cute and easy to hang out in. I like all the attention to details to make it comfortable. The bed was nice and the location was great. When and if we come back to Bend which might be next year with my parents I will contact you. We would stay there again for sure.

Thanksgiving stay in Bend Oregon

  • 5 of 5

The house was perfect for our little stay in Bend Oregon while we visited our son.

We walked to the Boneyard brewery a couple of times, Very good beer. Very easy walk to the coffee shop and grocery store. we also walked to and hiked pilot Butte. The house is in a nice neighborhood and the people were friendly.

What a bargain in Bend! Great accommodation, very nicely decorated and well-stocked. Walking distance to downtown and Market of Choice AND right next to Boneyard Brewing (yet surprisingly, no traffic or other disturbances)!

Close to everything!

  • 5 of 5

Charming, clean, cozy place to stay. Really appreciated the location. We walked to breakfast at The Sparrow, dinner at Mcmenamins, and downtown to explore. If anyone is cursed with being a light sleeper like me I'd suggest some earplugs for some traffic noises. Some of the coziest couches I've ever lounged on!
