Thank you for viewing this amazing 3 Bedroom / 2.5 Bath home located in Coral Lagoon in Marathon, FL. This unit has the finest location in the entire development. It is Unit #1, an end unit, on a point lot with amazing Bay views. Most of the other units face a skinny canal.

This unit also offers a great side yard along the side of the home. This is ideal for kids to have some room to play or just a great place to relax. There is also a large heated pool on site.
The Master Bedroom has one king bed, and one full bathroom. There is access to the upstairs deck through the master bedroom. The second bedroom, has one queen bed, and the third bedroom has two twin beds. There is another full bathroom conveniently located right outside these two bedrooms.
The kitchen is fully stocked and ready to use. The unit has recently been updated with new furniture and carpet. There are flat screen TVs in all rooms and internet service is provided.
You can relax under the covered decks and enjoy the stunning views. One deck is downstairs accessible through the living area the other deck is upstairs accessible through the Master Bedroom.
There is also a Boat House Marina onsite with full services; including boat ramp, fuel, water, ice, and fish cleaning facilities. Just steps from the unit is a boat slip which can accommodate up to 40 foot boat. Slip is equipped with both electric and water. From this unit, you have access to Vaca Cut in less than 3 minutes by boat, which allows you to be ocean or bay side in just minutes.
This location is very close to many activities, beaches, restaurants, shopping, and drug stores. All are minutes away. I will be happy to help with recommendations for fishing and dive charters as well as boat rentals.
I am renting the unit privately so you will save hundreds of dollars $$$. This is a very quiet, clean and peaceful place. You will not be disappointed.

I was born and raised in south FL and have always loved the water boating and the keys! This place is amazing for me because we bring our Tooth brushes and we are ready to enjoy everything the keys has to offer, Key west is only 50 minutes away, just a great place!

Being an end unit its very private and quite, also i love being looking at bone fish bay in the morning, its also very nice to have the marina next door.
The description on VRBO is exactly what you find with Unit # 1. The townhouse had plenty of room for our party of 6, and the location on the end of the building provides a great view of the water. Everything in the unit worked well, and the on-site swimming pool was clean and well-maintained.
This is a great location in the Keys - midway between Key Largo and Key West. The property is close to all of the services one will need, and the Turtle Hospital (near to the unit) is a "must see"!

Was the best stay we have had in the keys, great unit with the only direct water views as it's unit #1 facing the water. Super clean, updated unit. We recommend to anyone who wants to stay at the best townhouse in marathon, go here! Best restraunts super close, marina on site and the owner has a dock space available for the renters. Super easy to deal with owner, defiantly choose this unit! Best unit in the whole place!
Staying in this unit made our family vacation in the Keys perfect! You only have so many minutes on any vacation, and this home helped us to make great memories of them all!! It is centrally located to any destination in the Keys with easy access off the road. Marathon has all the stores you might need within a few blocks of this unit. Being an end unit provided privacy and amazing views of the sunrise over the harbor. If you have a boat (or rent one) the docks are only steps away. There was plenty of room for all 5 of us to be together or have our own space as needed. Wi-fi worked great for all of us to share photos at the end of each amazing day. The grounds and pool were well maintained and clean. There were a few minor issues, but Amber/Ted responded to us in a timely manner - I've had worse room service when staff were only floors away in the same building!! We all agreed we would reserve this unit for our next vacation to the Keys!! I don't think you can find a better place to call home while on vacation!!
We arrived at the house on Thanksgiving Day and the place was immaculate. Very clean, had everything we needed. We had a couple of questions upon our arrival and Amber/Ted were very responsive, even on the holiday. The view from the house really was the best on the property. AC was super cold and worked great. We were 2 couples and appreciated the spaciousness of the house. We've rented town homes in the past (HC) and always felt cramped but this stay, in this house was really perfect. Took the boat to Keys Fisheries for some Lobster Reubens and brought home a bunch of stone crabs, lobster tails and sides for dinner that evening. Island Tiki Bar is almost across the street for lunch and the Bloody Marys are the best I've had. Also took the boat to Sunset Grill (with a heated pool) for drinks and lunch on another day. I would easily recommend to a friend or family.
Wonderful home exceptional location. Unit was spotless on arrival. Didn't prepare any meals but it appeared the kitchen was well equipped . TV and Internet worked well. A/C kept the place extremely comfortable. The owner , Ted, responded to my texts within a few hours. My security deposit almost made it back to New Jersey before I did.
Would highly recommend this home, hopefully next years trip and the home availability will work out.
First of all, the place was very nice. Great location and clean. Close to everything. But when it comes to communication, there was a lot to be desired. Our payments were made on time and complete. I expected the same in return. Apparently, that was too much to ask. In the middle of March I sent a VRBO message to the owner asking about the deposit refund since it had been close to a month and I hadn't heard from anyone. I received no response back. Then I sent a text message to the Matthew, the property manager, asking when I should receive the deposit back because I hadn't heard anything since I sent the VRBO message to the owner. He asked for my address so he could get the deposit to me and so I texted it to him. Keep in mind every check I sent had my address on it. I waited for 2 weeks and when I hadn't received it, I called Matthew on 4/2 and he gave me excuses as to why it hasn't been sent. "He was busy" was the first excuse. "I need your address again". I texted it to him again. He assured me he would get it in the mail on Monday 4/4. On 4/21, I contacted VRBO and they said they would file a complaint. I heard nothing back from the owner. I waited until 4/26 and called Matthew back. He acted like he didn't know who I was. After he realized who I was he said, "you still haven't got it"? Then he gave me the excuse that he wasn't responsible for getting my deposit back to me and that I should contact the owner. WHAT? Why did you tell me that you would handle this 3 weeks prior and now I have to call the owner because "I have nothing to do with getting your deposit back to you". I called Ted and his demeanor was condescending and rude. I explained the situation and he told me "your money doesn't mean anything to me, bruh". I am not your "bruh". It was like I was accusing him of something. He gave me excuses about the shortcomings of his property manager and apologized for his words. He also said he needs to put his number on the listing. But by now, the damage had been done. He asked for my PayPal info. I finally received the deposit via PayPal after 2 months of emails and phone calls. After seeing the other review, It seems I'm not alone.
This property is in the heart of Marathon only 50 minutes from key west and key largo, close to beaches and many activities and great restaurants. Dolphin research center only 10 minutes away just a great quiet and peacefull location.
