We purchased this condo at the end of December 2010 and offer it as a vacation rental.
Absolute BEST location in the Waikoloa Colony Villas; the pool is just steps away from our lanai, and our unit overlooks the pool/lava rock waterfall, and close to the tennis court. The Big Island is a great place to vacation. There are many activities available year round, including; swimming, snorkeling, hiking, golf and tennis.
We loved our stay at the Waikoloa Village. The entire area has a lovely, upmarket feel about it and although fancy, we felt right at home! We loved the high ceilings and the feeling of space in this beautiful apartment. Very close to the pool - the locations was so convenient. All the amenities we needed and we really felt we were in a home away from home. Thank you for having us! (and we'll be back :>)

Wonderful Island, Wonderful place and Wonderful location!!! Perfect for visiting everything on the Island. The house is really well fitted , a lot of spacious ideale for 6 people....and the pool was a good one step away, which made it ideal for relaxing at the end of the Busy and hot day. My kids appreciated it a lot.
We are from Italy and this was our first time in Hawaii and we are entusiastic about all: The fabolous beaches ( every day we swam with tortouses) , the Mauna kea ( go up on foot !!!) , the Alaka falls, the Wapi'i Valkey and of course the kilaluea Volcano with its lava Flood!!!! . I am really recommended Kevin' s condo for a gateway from the city and a dive in a marvellous natural landscape!!!!! Ciao
The location of the place is perfect to visit easily the coast of Kona and to reach in short time also South Point
The resort is immersed in a natural beauty of trees, flowers and green lawns. It is comfortable with public areas like the swimming pool, the tennis court and the fittness center but it garantees also the privacy inside the villa with its own garden.
The villas are perfectly equipped with all the conforts.
It was really a pleasure to stay at Kevin's place.

I have been to the Big Island several times, and have stayed in Kevin's condo each time as Kevin's guest. My adult kids were after me to bring them as well as my wife. So this time, it was the five of us as paying guests. We fit pretty comfortably in this two bedroom condo, with one sleeping downstairs on the hide-away couch.
The place was clean, quiet and well taken care of. We took advantage of the pool and spa, particularly after a good day of travel. The unit is about 20 minutes north of Kona which makes it a good launching place to go to both Hilo-about an hours drive, Kona, or the north part of the island.
There is a well stocked kitchen which cuts down on the food expense, if you are interested in cooking.
Would we stay there again? When we were deciding on this trip, my children were a bit unsure. Afterwards, they did not want to leave. So the answer is Yes, we would stay again.
We were instantly transported to a life of relaxation and luxury in this warm and inviting condo. It accommodated our mixed family grouping of grandparents, parents and grandkids perfectly. We enjoyed the close proximity to the beauty of A Beach, although wind was the norm. Comfortable lounge chairs all along the beach meant we didn't have to carry so much with us. The Hilton was a close walk and provided hours of enjoyment from the dolphins to exploring the amazing grounds. The "King's Highway"was an interesting walk from the nearby Kings and Queens Shops, with all the amenities.
The location was excellent, allowing us the freedom to adventure as far north as the Pololu Valley and south to South Point, while enjoying Captain Cook, Two Step, Kona and a myriad of other glorious beaches in between. The grandkids were disappointed the beautiful pool right off the backyard was being renovated, but it will add an amazing ambiance and opportunity for swimming when it is complete. However, the kids made daily use of the nearby pool a short walk away within the complex.
Everything imaginable was provided for beach enjoyment from lawn chairs, boogie boards, snorkels, fins, and thirsty beach towels. We were too busy to make use of the tennis rackets and balls for the nearby court. The first aid kit was incredibly valuable for those nasty lava rock cuts, and band aids always bring back the smiles.
The kitchen was well-equipped with plenty of spices to complement most recipes, as well as having a good supply of condiments and dressings. A large, sharp knife would be a great addition for cutting those juicy watermelons!
Kevin, the owner, was always prompt to respond to any question or concern, and we are very grateful for his kind and caring treatment of us. We would come back to this condo in a heartbeat, should the occasion present itself. I have no hesitation recommending this beautifully kept condo to anyone who would like to explore the sunny side of the island!
A great location to get in and out of. Close to great beaches for snorkelling, boogie boarding or just plain relaxing. The townhouse unit was well stocked with all the things a beach goer would need. The pool is feet away, and was the perfect temperature when we were there.
The unit looks pretty much what I saw in the photos online, the beds were comfortable and the kitchen nicely equipped. The 2nd room was made into 2 beds for my kids.
